The effect to come into play with counters does NOT use the chain!

That's correct. All those effects are processed simultaneously. If Jean Grey, Phoenix Rising is put into play with, say, Netherworld Gift, then it will still receive any counters it would normally receive as well as come into play stunned.

Hey Guys. What about mammoth from fearsome five?
Is that the same ruling? If understand the ruletext right it is?

For those who forgot what the card says:

Mamoth 3 drop
When mammoth enters play ko a ressource u controll.
When mammoth gets stunned ko him and put the top card of ur deck into ur ressource row.

So if mammoth enters play via netherworld gift do i still hav to sac a ressource? i think yes.

Cause if not u could bust the ressource rule pretty bad. maybe.

Mammoth received an errata quite a while back. The current game text of that power is:
It's still a triggered power, so if he comes into play stunned, the power will not trigger. And with the errata, if you do not KO a resource from that power, then you do not get to put one in when he is put into a KO'd pile.
