See? This is all I needed. A little confirmation to make me feel at ease about the state of the game. DCL in December!

The return of Total Anarchy and Teen Titans Go! make me giddy with anticipation of other reprints. And the power level of Marvel Legends makes me feel that DCL will be a powerhouse as well.

The number of teams and characters mentioned make me think that they are indeed bringing back dual affiliation ... I can wait for other Keywords to pop up again, as long as we get this back.

Foils will probably be the same as MVL, "some packs" means not all packs so that's probably going to be 6 packs per box again.

15 cards per pack includes the Points card not a foil card per pack.

Well since the OP didn't supply a link to that press release most people probably just read the quoted section which says this:

Just read the actual UDE site and noticed the "Some packs will also contain a randomly inserted foil card from a complete parallel set." as well. Oh well.

Vs is still the best TCG around.

It looks like the original press release did say that and then someone at UDE caught it and changed it.

Just to clarify a few things that were incorrect in the original Press Release (these have been fixed up on the UDE site):

The Injustice Gang will be refeatured, not Arkham Inmates.

The foils will drop at the same rate as MVL.

The 15 cards includes a UDE points card.

I hope you guys are looking forward to some old favorites and some new teams and cards that you might not be expecting...

Since there was an error on the release, can you supply us with 1 new card name from the set just to wet our appetites a little more.

Cool ... Injustice Gang AND Secret Society ... very nice ... thought the double Arkham Inmates thing was a bit odd. Still, there is a ton of crossover between the more iconic inmates and both of the teams.

And it means Poison Ivy, Deadly Rose is probably going to be back [her only "weird" mechanic is dual affiliation ... and I have a hunch that can come back].

Supporting the teams from DWF with dual affiliated Birds, Outsiders, Gotham Knights, Team Superman, Arkham Inmate and Revenge Squad characters in this set should not be a problem. Not sure how many other teams they'd be willing to dual affilate though. Silver Age seems to be the goal, so they might avoid JLI when possible.

Not to be a downer but doesn't anyone actually proofread things before they hit the website? The foil thing is pretty small but how can you get one of the major teams completely wrong when writing this up?

I'm guessing the write up was made while the set was on the drawing board, so to speak....but really, wither way....does it matter?

I'm more excited about the IG than I expected to be. Cool beans.
