At the beginning, each player form the Alliance chooses a single team and for the rest of the game, those teams are considered to be crossed over. Skrull, anyone?
When Galactus is on the board, he is considered to be in play but is not a character. He can be exhausted to pay costs as if he were a character and can use abilities printed on the card, but he cannot be attacked, exhausted, or otherwise interacted with.
Well, I was more referring to the "We've got all these two drops, but he's got an 11" situation more than just straight up attacking Galactus.
I assume he's going to be similar to MTG: Online avatars or the Quickstrike system's Chamber Cards; he's got abilities that you can use on occasion, and which you'll likely build/play towards, but he himself isn't actually in play. Effectively, he's the player.
I think that's probably where team attacking comes in. I'd guess there's some sort of provision teaming up all characters from Galactus's opposition and allowing them to all swing at once.
Otherwise, your average street-level hero is going to be borderline useless. Like the Daredevil throwing his club at Galactus.
There is in fact such a provision.
Each Alliance player names a team affiliation at the start of the game. Those team affiliations are crossed over at the start of the game. Also, players in the alliance can have their characters collectively team attack. So, on turn 8, you could have a pair of 8-drops team attacking Silver Surfer if need be. Heck, have 8-drop Supergirl and any other character team attack his 10 drop and just stun Surfer with her cosmic effect ;)
While having an 11 drop on turn 8 is nice ... the Alliance would be able to have 3 8-drops to oppose him.
[Also, there is at least one Planet that allows for resource acceleration, so it could be even earlier than that.]
The Alliance sharing a single endurance total means that you'd be losing out on the "Anti-Life Sacrifice Play", but there are other effects that would be interesting for the Alliance ... Ka-Booms and the like.

I dont think you can target his resource row. And I was talking about the effect of Galactus, i guess I was the only one, hehe. But I think Galactus will be able to attack first most of the game, so it might not be so easy to just team attack =).

Well, unless he has mass stun effects (which he well might), he's probably going to be taking 2, maybe 3 characters out of the opposing field each turn on his attack step. The swing back, however, is likely to be made with half a dozen or more team attackers, from between his 3+ opponents.
I think the key to success is going to be keeping big G's field manageable (with team attacks and KO effects) while also completing the objectives set out for you (like protecting planets).
The only way to win the game is to reduce Galactus’s endurance total to 0.
So, Captain Marvel doesn't help. [Not sure about the rules for the Galactus player, but I doubt they'll be able to play Alternate win conditions ... if they can even use cards from outside this in the deck itself.]
Not sure about the rules for the 'unofficial' Galactus raid, but for the Coming of Galactus, there has been no mention of protecting Galactus' resource row [of course, he may not have many locations or ongoings to speak of, making most "everyone KO's a resource" effects not as good.
And, giving him a lead means you'd have to use quite a few to make a dent.
Galactus, from the planets we've seen, would get initiative on some occaisions [if it was always his, they wouldn't bother]. Even when he has initiative, he'd have to have a LOT of characters and/or tricks to prevent three boards worth of characters from being able to team attack back.

What, you mean like
