OCEAN MASTER: BigSpooky has always had an uncomfortable love of Ocean Master. And while the large hand he'll have on 6 should make for a large Son of Atlan, I have to agree that Abra Kadabra looks better on paper.
Yeah... I've been see-sawing on that. Abra Kadabra is usually good for 5-10 points of damage. However, any deck that plays Pathetic Attemp will usually turn him into a card with blank text. Ocean Master, on the other hand, is usually good for 5-7 +1/+1 counters. In a deck that can draw a lot of cards, his effect translates really well.

SUNBURST: Sunburst DOES seem good. And since Powell can get it, maybe worth a 1-of?
Agreed. I may have to fit in one copy.

OPTIONS? What about Battlestar? (I'll wait while you look him up. He's there. I didn't make him up.) He's bigger than Maneater, and could, maybe, potentially, have game-text. Maybe . . . . It'll keep them from dumping 4 flying kicks in one turn anyway.
Man-Eater is an MVP against Concealed decks. At the very least, an opponent will have to have Pathetic Attempt to negate his effect. Otherwise, you will pretty much always get a bounce from Silve Sable on their largest drop. A bouncing Jemm is a beautiful thing!
I think Overwhelming Odds is better then Nasty Surprise here in your deck, given that you focus heavily on curving out from one and that you plan on keeping their board relatively small.
Bounty Hunt seems like a very win more card to me - if you're bouncing their drops I would assume you are probably already winning - and it doesn't seem like you'd be doing much with the cards.
Maybe - 4 Bounty + 2 Call in a Favor + 2 Omnipotence?
I might also play a single copy of Stealthcraft just because.

This is a complete non-sequitur. If the deck's focus is on board control, rather than filling the opponent's hand with unusable cards, then why is Criminal Mastermind "absolutely necessary"? On the contrary, I think you could make a much stronger case for it at 0 than at 4. The deck does nothing to penalize the opponent for having a large hand until turn 5, unless it misses its main 4 and plays Joker instead. Most of the other effects in the deck that give the opponent cards are giving them characters. This one is potentially giving them plot twists to beat you with. I fail to see how this card is even close to being "absolutely necessary."
I disagree. While the deck's main focus is to bounce attacks, the best part of playing IG are the effects based on an opponent's large hand size. If you cut Criminal Mastermind, then Bounty Hunt can go too. And once you've done that, you've basically turned the deck into a clunky combat deck.
Using CM and BH directly correlate to larger Circe burn and potentially (should Spooky make additions) larger All Too Easy or Power Siphons.

Btw Spooky, why aren't you playing All Too Easy?
??? Your reasoning basically goes like this:
- the best part of playing IG are the effects based on opponent's large hand size
- for some reason, Big Spooky isn't playing any cards other than Circe that really develop that theme
- therefore, he absolutely must keep Criminal Mastermind, to leave open the possibility of playing other such cards
What about that sexy team stamped equipment for that bounces guys fpr wild pack? can't think of the name. it could replace death trap maybe
also what about black cat instead of penguin or even both!
I would think your deck could & should go off curve sometimes.
I kinda like the thule location too although their isn't much room. The Mk stuff my be able to fill some consistency holes via wild ride & powell could search for the ongoings making him a plus. with powell you could (neighborhood watch &) essentially be any team you wanted from that point.
I spent some time testing the deck today. It looked like fun, so I borrowed the list.
I replaced Criminal Mastermind with Overwhelming Odds, giving me 4 more pumps, in addition to Nasty Surprise and Savage Beatdown. It made a huge difference. I don't think there's enough disruption in the deck to take advantage of Criminal Mastermind - if you're not going to abuse All Too Easy, then maybe giving them that much in hand could hurt you. You'll only hit them twice for cards they draw, with a max of 2 Circe activations... which means your opponent is losing either 1 or 2 endurance for each card they draw. That's pretty low, to me, anyway.
You can still leave Circe in, because even if her effect reads "target opponent loses 5 endurance" it's a playable card, IMO, and usually you'll be burning for 8 or 9 with all the bouncing you'll be doing.
Chiroptophobic is a game winner against the right deck. Downright ridiculous, especially with multiple Bounty Hunts online.
White Martian might be a good alternate drop in this deck. You have lots of search and draw, so I don't know if two copies of your preferred 5-drop is available, but if you've got a board full of guys, that extra +2 atk can be pretty nice, especially while defending. Man-Eater with 7 and Sable with 9 sounds difficult to get around, even if you don't have any pumps in hand.
I usually have extra Powells available, so any tech-y Ongoings that you might have available could be useful. There aren't a ton of useful Ongoings in Modern Age, though... outside of Stealthcraft and Sunburst, there aren't any that fit the deck. Omnipotence, I guess.
I didn't try Sunburst. It might mean you have to suicide one of your 1's and 2's to make sure you don't have to bounce somebody you like... but if that means they lose anything higher, it's a good investment. It'll either be good or cute, I can't tell.
