At the start of the combat phase, you may put target Secret Society character card with cost 1 or less from your KO'd pile into play.
Riddler from DCL (cost 1)
[Activate Symbol] >>> Put the top card of target player's deck into his KO'd pile. Your opponents can't play plot twists with the same cost as that card this turn.
Ivy effect doesn't check for uniqueness... so you can lock 2 o 3 plot twist's cost every turn... very annoying...
The only problem with Riddler is against CSA decks IG will use modifiers that don't specify when during the turn like Crackshot and Flying Kick, so if you ditch a 1 drop from either deck they can just respond by playing those cards; same for Mobilize and Secret Files. I hate IG Concealed!

Close. After the card comes off the top of the deck, it's too late to respond to it.
Sometimes an opponent can play around it by playing any needed pumps in response to Riddler's effect. Sometimes not. Blinding Rage, CSA and Beatdowns can get locked out, but Crackshots and Flying Kicks can be chained to the effect.
As much fun as it is to use The Riddler on my opponents deck, unless you are playing a Fatality deck it's generally far more useful to mill your own deck if you are the Society player. Though using it after they played Huntress or some Inhumans tricks can be a solid play.
I would have to agree. forcing them to ditch drops and banking on them not being able to manipulate the ko pile ftw. causes stall / techdecks a ton of pain.
One more question about Mr. Nigma, since you all have been really helpful... Can I use his effect post recovery, prior to draw? I guess what I'm asking is, "is there a moment where I can play an effect prior to the draw phase?" Thanks for any info.
That was my initial strategy when I built my Riddler deck.
But if you're running Society, you'll want to fill your KO pile for Manta, Mr. Freeze, Desmond, Gorilla City, hitting your drops with Remote Facility/Master Plan, getting more 1 drops into your KO pile for Ivy, etc.... It's been much more effective to fill my own KO pile and give me access to more cards.
It's a low percentage chance you'll mill off all their high cost characters at one drop slot, but getting cards in your KO pile is always beneficial. Which strategy is more consistent?
Hidden HQ makes Riddler a bit more reliable too (and filters your draws), but only if you're milling off your own deck.
