Pretty much everyone who tested with TAWC this time around made day 2, with Todd Carlson taking an 8th seeded place into draft. Spooky and Reid skated in on 4-3 finishes, while Joe Corbitt showed that it pays to test 24/7 (quite literally) and found himself in good position at 5-2 and a 26th place.

Tomorrow will be interesting to see, as someone with 3 losses could conceivably still top 8 if they 6-0 the day, which is entirely possible.

Since we are in "bragadocious" mode.... all the SoCal locals made Day 2... except for Joe (sorry man).

Joe actually isn't local anymore since he moved to Ohio a few months ago... and that probably hindered his performance since he wasn't able to test with the guys the last 2 weeks.

So that puts 7 players in from down here (Patrick, Daisuke, Bykov, Warran, Wayne, Travis and Danny)... not counting Tim and Niles who tested with Pat and Co. But I wonder what happened to Brian Gates?

I'm glad everyone made it but Joe... thats what he gets for leaving So Cal (sorry joe)!
I know all of them (except Danny I can't speak for him, I don't I know who he is, but he's from So Cal so he must be good) are strong drafters so hopefully all will go well!:grin:
