Because people clearly only play in sanctioned events, so there's no point issuing errata for any other purpose.
And besides-- if any one team gets 2 to 3 Energize 2- and 1-drops, this can be played in BYOTT, which IS a sanctioned format. Not correcting it would mean there would always be the threat of this combo or another one like it coming back in a random partly-GA format.

UDE will never make an important event Golden, so if someone is douche enough to run this at Hobby League they deserve to be #####slapped.

Well if it did it would be a mistake. the fun thing about BYOT and BYOTT is that you can take elements from ALL EXPANSIONS and make a deck, meaning that it'll be semi GA. The solution here would simply be to ban it. Or you can just grin and bear it. Whatever happens, there will be unhappy people.
This combo is already vulnerable to both equipment hate and on-going hate. In addition, any deck that plays The Phantom Stranger, Wandering Hero probably can't lose to this combo. If they have a KO centric theme they can probably do pretty well too. If they're playing the Fate Set they can assemble the Deadshot on three to kill Lukin.
Even Entangle shuts your combo down.
If you try to delay the combo even one turn, Reign of Terror/Flame Trap/Mystical Paralysis comes into the equation followed by Lex and Sinister etc.
Even if you do assemble the combo, you need to figure out an out to Doom and Press or Galactus/Tenebrous.

Especially one that can do the deed on Turn 3. That's like saying they should have never fixed Light Show because you could Have a Blast their Devil's Due or Phantom Zone their Ramma Tut from the game.
When you put certain cards in your deck to compete against other decks is one thing, but when you are trying to prevent a combo, especially an infinite combo, then something dealing with that combo needs to be fixed.

why is it so frowned apon when some player brings in a good deck such as this for instance (hpotheticly speaking) to a hobby league and is frown apon.. who decided to be the vs god and decide hl were for jank and tier none decks. why are good COMPETITIVE DECKS SO FROWNED APON! i just dont get this atmospher on realms...

I think calling TPS, Fates+Deadshot 'tech' is a kind of loose. Even cards like Meltdown and Death of a Dream are only 'tech' in theory as they replace themselves.
Even something as wonky as the Defenders could give this deck a lot of trouble. What about Rigged Elections that just exhausts guys to ballot counters? High Voltage can just stack equips and just burn burn burn.
This is the big difference between Light Show and this deck IMO - the opponent has the kill switch. That and the fact that you can just literally go off with one character in response to anything your opponent does.
As far as I... we don't even know if there is a two drop energize character, so this might up end up being a 'Press 1' situation.

I feel there is a difference in having to run a deck to beat a COMBO and running a deck that techs against a DECK.
Best example I can give you is saying that I understand the need to run resource hate just for that occassional Sniper Shot deck or Omnipotence you might come across, but having to run 4x Have a Blast and 4x Meltdown just to stop a combo from going off on turn 3 or 4 is a totally different animal.

They fixed Parademon and that deck didn't even make day two, if I remember correctly.
