Wow thanks again guys, everytime I get near fealing vs blue, you guys pull me through. I love the live CRD look ups they make the show like a realms rules forum. Oh and I got given a late birthday early christmas present as did the Maid and we are now the proud owners of 10 boxes of MEV, which considering our current state we wouldn't have been able to purchase otherwise. Happy Happy Joy Joy!
American Maid realy enjoyed this contest if you couldn't tell, but it concerns me a little about the next contest, you guys are already responsible for me being dressed up, chained, and down on my knees..I'm not sure where this is heading but its a distrubing direction to say the least.

Congrats on the MEV boxes. I'll be sending prizes out at the end of the week. As for future contest ... I'm not sure what the future will hold, but I'd start learning how long you can hold your breath underwater... J/K
I imagine the next update UDE gives us will decide my next contest idea.
For everyone else, get out there and show me what makes you a vs
hero. There are rewards to be reaped for being Champion of The Ring.
Maybe it's just my crazy foreigner hearing, but to my delicate little shell-likes, it sounded like the middle syllable was missing pretty much every time you said her name. As I said, just different pronunciations of the name - it just took me a few times to catch on as to who you were referring to.
Of course, the girl bits could have nothing to do with it. After all, there was Ken on his knees . . . . ;)
For anyone who's interested - it's my fault that Battle of the Bald men hasn't yet been completed. Things have kinda blown up in Kamiza-land, but I hope to get it finished soon.
Yup, Squire got totally screwed by his deck in game 1, although he managed to hit the one card that essentially switches off my deck - Lex, Metropolis Marvel. I've got to hope he doesn't hit it in the next game.
I don't like Illuminati, so building a Modern Prof X deck is pretty tough. In the end I thought - you can't trust Lex, so why not turn him against the man who he's supposed to be working for.
It feels great to have the show back guys. Love it. Keep it up.

Honestly, if anyone was trying to win this contest they should have sent a picture of Billy Zonos as Sub-Mariner, Uncertain Ally.

I really like how the decks have been going. I can't wait to hear the final report.

Thank You. It feels good to be back. I just have to learn to get more rest into my life, and be more alert for the show.
Thanks and 'grats to Maid/Ken and my friends to the North!
Thanks to everyone who voted for me, and thanks also to everyone who just plain voted!
Cliff and Squire - thanks for yet another fun contest. I'm actually 3 for 3 in placing (X-Factor and Bigby Wolf), tho the gold medal continues to elude me! I'll just need to redouble my efforts!
EDIT - And duh - thanks to the main man hiself who posted below me for hosting the photos and the poll. Steve is the man! (And I'm not just saying that only because he can kick my ###!)
Good show once again, and two hours with set review didn't seem long at all. I hope you are able to keep the reviews coming.
A battle of wills, idea that popped up when you were talking.
BYOT Golden: X-Men.
No Clash, everything is that is not on the banned list is open. With their card pool, what type decks could be made, if really focusing on building one.
Just a thought. Keep up the good work and hope to see a new show soon.
Well I am behind the times as I just managed to listen to this episode today (15 dec). Great episode and I still have some left to go. I appreciate you all putting out the show.
I agree with Squire's comments on the art---except I of course am the one Liefield art fan who will still admit it in public. Additionally, the Eaton and Tan art just looks really good on the cards. I disagree of course on Ramos whose art I just detest. Also, Squire could not be further off in his views on Messiah Complex---which as someone who started collecting X-men in 79--- I really believe it was a great arc...especially good was Caliban dying if they would just do the same to Changeling I would be happy.
Cardwise Sabertooth(3) is just a beast---smashing my board as Cliff noted---activate target a attacker and then energize to activate again on another is a pretty good ability. Congrats Cliff on the superior rules ruling for our draft. Deadpool 7 also seems to be a beast as well as the Hulk(6) which is also very good wall since no breakthrough and invulnerability kick in on the defense. Personally I think Energize is well done and hunted works well and is easy to understand. Shift is well...shifty...I lost one in the draft to a guy using Gambit(4)'s shifted ability while he was visible in play...just missed it. Vertigo is simply a killer one drop that can cause havok to the opposition all game long unless dealt with immediately.
