HAE-064 Tear Apart 2 Plot Twist Target attacker gets +2 ATK this attack. If that character's name is Niki Sanders, they gain an additional +1/+2.
HAE-065 Dr. Suresh's Apartment 4 Location Activate -> reveal the top 3 cards of your deck. Put a Surge or Accumulative character revealed this way into your hand and put the rest on the bottom of your deck. Discard a card for each card added to your hand this way.
HAE-066 Odessa Texas Quarantine 3 Location Cards named The Shanti Virus destroyed cannot be played. Characters recruited while this card is face-up cannot be affected by cards with the word Shanti in the name. Characters in play when this card is flipped face up get a Shanti Virus counter.

HAE-076 Level 5 Howard Grigsby Luminescent Lunatic 2 Character Range 3 2 Whenever Howard Grigsby becomes stunned, you may stun target character cost 1 or less. It's because of this man that HRG wears glasses.
HAE-077 Level 5 Julien Dumont Clones, Army 1 Character 2 1 Whenever Julien Dumont becomes stunned, you may remove him from the game and discard a card. If you do, search your deck for up to 2 copies of Julien Dumon with combined cost 2 or less and put them into your front row exhausted. Julien has the ability to vegetatively clone himself, producing identical clones.

What's surge, same thing as cosmic-surge? And accumulative, is that just a shortened way of a floating power like with hulk stuff?
These cards look pretty good and balanced, but it's a bit hard to read in the format you listed em lol. You need to skip more lines instead of a big ol paragraph.
Surge is basically Cosmic-Surge except you never ever lose the counter (Redshift, Warpshards, etc. get rid of it by making the character a new character though)
Accumulative is similar to the Hulk stuff except it's namestamped the one character name (IE Miek wouldn't work for Hulk but if a Miek had accumulative then the MUN Miek would work for giving the "new" Miek an Accumulated power)
Also ~ Accumulative gives the power printed in the Accumulative Keyword's game text, and doesn't check the text on the character not in play unless the card says otherwise (I think there's a Peter and a Sylar who do).

I didn't mean to pirate this thread; your stuff looks awesome. I love that Peter picture. That said, if we ever decide to have a collaborated Heroes set effort then I guess this could be a decent start to such a project.
