Blob and Sabretooth are the two that I am most interested in from the commons. Their dials look better then the old DoFP (Blob) and GXM (Sabretooth) dials which I've used for years. Depending on how bad the size difference looks when next to the rest of my Brotherhood team. I'll probable end up sculpt swapping them out so they look closer in size to the rest of the team.
Don't you want your Blob to stand heads above his other team members?

I don't know since he listed as only being 5"10" and both Emma Frost and Mystique are the same height. Sabretooth is suppose to be 6"6", so I might keep his new sculpt. But your comment has me thinking about the newer sculpts and trying to make the team look close to being authentic.
Looking up the height of my 12 Brotherhood members online this is what I can up with.
I looked into this some more, and it turns out I"m wrong...ish. Blob is currently 5'10. But that's because he's been depowered. Apparently he shrank after losing his mutantness. But he used to be over 8'.
I think Havok is too boring to be practical. His dial is too bland for a character of his stature. We need a powerful Havok with more dynamic sculpt.
Otherwise great job on primer as always!! I was definitely underestimating the Rally mechanic but your write ups have me rethinking my position and I’m anxious to try it out!

Good! I wanted to present a different side of Rally!
I only look for new dials on figures that compliment the theme teams I like. But I'm not a fan of the size difference when playing an older figure next to a new one.

Same. Thankfully I can add Sentinel, Brood, and probably Colossus to the list, even if he is weird.
My H/W link does not reflect the wants for my collection, it is a list of figures that I already have, but still "want" to play.
What a weird Colossus dial. This is one of the figures from the set that has me most interested...
...And of course my first common Colossus shows up in the last booster from my brick, behind 2x common Wolverine, 2x common Darwin, 2x common Impulse, 2x common Smasher...etc. etc.
So with the description of Darwin… technically that has kinda happened in the comics in a way. His body decided that the best way to adapt to the Hulk was to simply leave the premises LOL
Used Darwin in prerelease. And I was super reluctant. I had 30 points to fill. It was either play Darwin and preserve X-Men theme, or play Smasher for an attacker who breaks theme and can’t take a hit. Darwin didn’t win me any points but he definitely saved me from losing more points than I could have. He’s still 0/5 stars for me but when the stars align and force the fighting into a narrow spot with Darwin as the only available target… he is maybe 0.5/5 stars lol
I am in the UK, so assumedly we won't be getting Rise and Fall for a while yet, BUT I am very keen to add Impulse to the ranks of my Imperial Guard.
However, I am a little concerned re the sculpt. The actual sculpt looks, basically, fine, BUT Impulse should be only slightly taller than , say, Oracle. I would very much like to see a photo of the piece next to the Imperial Guard from earlier sets. Sadly, we already know that the Shi'ar Soldiers in the set suffer from the dreaded stretched-leg syndrome - and will look visually out-of-place next to earlier Shi'ar figures.
I would have preferred Earthquake to Impulse (or, indeed, to yet another Smasher), but am hopeful that Impulse may have been designed by the sculptor who made Julie Power / Wolverine / Lex Luthor (Con Ex) etc, rather than the one who made the Allied Soldiers !! Anyone able to post a size comparison photo for Impulse ??
