"What that is, is bad news," Green Arrow said, recognizing Starro.

Songbird has PC and SS. Gets 3 for that 1st vine attack. So that's a miss. Second attack could still hit, it's just dependent on SS: 2, so that does 2 (thorn vine's damage is 2).

Okay, so Frank Outwitted the SS. So she would still take 3 from the Vine's second attack.

If she is still in play, that gives Starro something to do. Outwits her ESD and attacks her, AV11 on DV16 +1. Gets 4. Wow. Okay.

So take back Jubilee's sidestep. It's 3 to Songbird only and 1 to Captain America.
