No, they both are right. The Sentinel ignores figures(Cyclops, Storm, etc...) for LOF purposes. The Sentinel treats terrain(bushes, gumball machines, etc...) normally.

The Sentinel can not see OVER a building if figures are behind it, but it can see any figures ontop of the building.

Does Barrier block los to and from the sentinel? Meaning they cant see over it?
