No, they both are right. The Sentinel ignores figures(Cyclops, Storm, etc...) for LOF purposes. The Sentinel treats terrain(bushes, gumball machines, etc...) normally.

Sentinels gets hindering terrain bonus right? what about Galactus?
What is a barrier in heroclix terms? A big chunk of something that literally extends from the bottom of the ground to the skies?
oh and correct me if im wrong but can Galactus see stealthed guys?
Can galactus be seen or can see over barrier?
1. Yes, barrier blocks los.
2. Sentinels yes, Galactus I'm not sure.
3. Basically, yes.
4. No, but he can pulse wave them in stealth.
5. Not sure, but I imagine that the answer is no.

Barrier is treated normall for LOF to or from a Sentinel. Just remember that if a Sentinel is attacking or being attacked by an elevated character, the Sentinel is treated as if he were Elevated, even though he is not.

Yes, Galactus can benefit from hindering terrain.

Barrier pieces are considered blocking terrain, and extend to the same level as elevated terrain.

Yes, and no. The scenario version of Galactus ignores Stealth (can see Stealthed figures). The force version of Galactus treats Stealth normally.

[color=purple]As with the Sentinel, Galactus is at the level of his base. When drawing LOF to or from a grounded figure (when Galactus himself is grounded) treats a grounded barrier normally (LOF is blocked). However, the scenario version ignores all terrain, so a Barrier will not affect LOF for the scenario version of Galactus.
