There is something wrong with your moves

2)Mandarin picks up Venom and HO and moves to Q19 and drops HO at R18 and drops Venom off at Q18.

Mandarin doesn't have SuperStrenght, so he can't carry the object. Venom can pick up the object but then he cannot be carried.

according to the newest indy heroclix rule book:

"A flying character cannot pick up or carry a character that is holding an object, but the flying character may carry both a character and an object."

it makes no mention of the flying character needing to have super strength to do so, however i'm asking on the rules of combat board to see what others think

sorry but ulik can't do that, charge only allows you to move up to half of your speed value, and then make a close combat attack

2)Green Arrow attacks Ulik w/ a ranged combat attack for 1 click or damage(1+2(Ranged expert)-2(invulnerable)). Green Arrow's attack is 11, Ulik's defense is 17 (need 6). Rolled a 5+5=10. Attack is success and Ulik is knocked back for an extra click of damage (total damage to Ulik=2).
3)Paramedic moves to H21.
