Psylocke slunk up next to Boom-Boom, and crouched beside her behind the car. "Tabitha, don't run off like that next time."
Magik left Rogue's side and dashed across the rooftop. Using a convenient rooftop construction dumpster for cover, she peered down onto the street below. "I can almost see them, Rogue. They're out there."
-----
"Sauron, take Mystique to high ground," Magneto ordered. "Toad, see how close you can get." The Brotherhood snapped to follow their leader's orders.
"An' what about me?" Sabretooth asked.
"We need you to flush out the telepath."
Sabretooth grinned evilly. Magneto used his magnetic powers to send Sabretooth across the courtyard to where the X-Men were sheltering behind the cars.
"Olly olly oxen free," Sabretooth taunted, pouncing suddenly on Psylocke, backhanding her brutally. "First blood to us."
I have a feeling I mistyped your email in the die server field, so you may not get the two rolls from that last turn. I haven't received the emails from them yet myself, but if you want I can forward them when I do.
Yeah, I figured Magneto would be TKing someone...

"Yuck! Ah see you, you slimy little thing!" cried Rogue. Soaring from behind the chimney, she swooped down upon the unsuspecting Mortimer Toynbee, landing a solid right cross on his chin." Spittle flew from the mouth of the grotesque little man.
"Wha-?" he managed to get out, before a bolt of eldritch might lanced down from Illyana Rasputin, silencing him for good.
"Thanks, Rogue - you hit low, and I hit him high," grinned Magik from her perch.
Meanwhile, the British telepath clutched at her side, bleeding from the savage attack of Victor Creed. As the feral mutant leered at her, she brandished her psychic dagger long enough to cause him to pause. Taking full advantage of her ninja training, Psylocke skipped back around Boom-Boom to recover near Marrow. "Sarah, I know we haven't known each other long, but... I want you to hurt that bastard."
Marrow smiled at the hulking, furred beast a few yards away. A wolfish smile spread across her face. "With pleasure!"

Rogue Charges Toad - 10 AV vs. 16 DV, needs a 6. Rolls a 9. Three clicks to Toad. Rogue ends her move in P10.
Magik will Push to attack Toad with RCE - 9 AV vs. 13 DV, needs a 4. Rolls double 5s, for 10. 4 click to Toad for the KO, one click to Magik.
Now, the tough decision was this: Have Boom-Boom give Psylocke a click of healing, or have Storm move into position on Magneto? Or Push Psylocke to breakaway?
We'll go with the push... And Psylocke rolls a 5. Sweet. She moves to J7.
Nice work on Toad. I don't know Vet Rogue well, so I overlooked her Charge. And I agonized over Toad's positioning. Putting him in P11 did open him up to attack from Magick, but it gave him more options for Charge, which unfortunately, I never got to use.
Time for some repositioning.
Mystique moves to R19
Hm, don't really see anything worth pushing for. All right. We'll leave it at that then.
"Toad is down, the little fool," Magneto said into his comlink. "Mystique, what's your situation?"
"Sauron and I are clear here on the roof. Let me reconnoiter." Becoming a chimney sweep (she couldn't resist a vague resemblance to #### Van Dyke) she walked blithely out onto the roof.
Hm. Ok...

Anger boiled up in Rogue, seeing how Victor Creed had brutally attacked her teammate. Seething, she gritted her teeth and put everything she had into one push, rocketing into the huge mutant, knocking him to the pavement.
Sabretooth lithely rolled back to his feet and brushed himself of. "Well, sweets - you got me that time. But never again."

Rogue Pushes to Charge Sabretooth - 10 AV vs. 15 DV, needs a 5. Rolls an 8. 3 clicks - 1 for Toughness = 2 clicks to him. One click to Rogue. She ends her move in M7.
Marrow uses a Power Action heal Psylocke one click.
Rogue can't be in M7. Sabretooth's in M7. I know she charged into him and all, but rules is rules. Let me know which alternate square you want her in.
On the other hand, wherever she is Sabretooth can attack her. AV9 on DV14. He needs a 5 to hit. And he gets the 5. (Sorry about the first roll. Forgot to change the number of dice rolled to 2). His BCF roll is 4 -1 for Toughness is 3 clicks to Rogue.
Mystique will Perplex up Sauron's move to 11. Since fractions round up, he can now Charge 6 squares and still attack. He'll move to R13 and attack Magik. AV11 on DV14. He needs a 3. And he gets double 6s for a 12! Geez, and his BCF roll is a 6 too. I guess that'll be it for Magik. Why do I get the feeling I'm using up all my good rolls for the game in this one turn?
"Now it's my turn," Sabretooth snarled. He lashed out and swiped at Rogue. His razor claws sliceed through even her toughened flesh. "Ha! That'll teach you to come after me."
"Magik's right at the corner of the building," Mystique called over to Sauron. Armed with her exact position, the dinosaur man swooped around the chimney and dived at the Russian mutant. Between his deadly claws and his momentum, one blow was all he needed to take the girl out of action. He raised his arms and crowed in triumph over her unconscious form.
"Don't gloat yet, Sauron," Magneto said coming around the corner of the alleyway. "Good work on the Rasputin girl, but this battle isn't won yet."
Hm. Well, I had moved Boom-Boom to J8 to get Sabretooth into her range, since I thought he was at M8. Since he's not, moving her would have no positive effect, so do you mind if I take that back, and redo some of my last move?
Rogue will Charge to N6 for her attack on Sabretooth, and we'll say your attack on him still hits, but I need to reevaluate my last two moves.
Also, Magik was in R13, so Sauron needs to pick another square to end his charge in.
