If U notice in the rules previously posted....
a) Walls are very tough...DV 18
b) Even Clixs with Phasing need to use Elevators or holes in floor to go down levels...
R Sidewinder .... is not as useful as U think.....
Phasing allows U to avoid hindering terrain move penalties....but not go through walls or floors.
HISTORY
Baxter Building was designed to withstand Space Travel....
The top five sections of the Baxter Building are completely airtight, all doors are airlocks. Complete environmental support - including atmosphere - is provided for within the area between elevators E2, E3, and E4 on all floors. The building's steel-alloy framework is rigid enough to be stood on one corner and not deform.
Turn 1: Superman move inside Elevator 3rd floor A 5
Turn 2: .....Elevator move to 1st floor .
Superman Push and shoots Despero.
Turn 3: Superman still inside elevator. Rest....
Turn 4: A5 Elevator move to 5th Floor. With Superman Still inside.
SUperman Exit
For Info. The maximum capacity of all elevators are 11. Team evil moves first....is likely to control most of the elevator space.
The best elevator....is the 6 person capacity elevator at the center .
This Elevator goes to 6th Floor.
(PS....I forgot to mark the elevator at the 6th Floor).

RookieBatman realized he wasn't going to have enough time for such a large campaign and asked that I step in for him. He's sending me the maps, and I have 3 of the 6, so as soon as I have all of them I'll post my starting locations.
