I'd see the 'new' Crimson Avenger having Phasing instead of Running Shot. And her shots sure aren't 'psychic' in nature.

Hmm...maybe she could have guns and a 0 range like Tiger Lily, and give her Exploit Weakness?

First off, yeah I could see that working for Crimson Avenger.

But secondly, can you seriously name "lots" of figures who have Psychic Blast but don't have psychic powers? I don't think it's actually been that much of a 'catch all' power to date.

Morgan Le fey has it pb but in the comics she just magical.

Mostly magic users have been granted Psychic Blast. Figures such as Trigon's Daughter, Dr. Fate, Dormammu, Mordru, Morgan Le Fay, Rasputin, and Enchantress.

Darkseid's Psychic Blast I believe is a loose interpretation of his Omega Beams.

And Galactus has Psychic Blast, but is more of just an ultra-powerful being rather than a psychic.

What about Chamber from the X-men? Isnt he a nice
running psychic blaster in most of the battles?

Howabout:

Ghost Rider (to simulate a drive-by with his "soul-seeking-shirkien")
Banshee (though his power is probably more like Force Blast)
Moondragon (who got the short stick in the powers department)
Dr. Strangey- characters (Dr.S., Dormammu, Clea, Baron Mordo, etc)
Shaman
Thor-ey characters (Enchantress, Sif, etc.)

And for DC, you guys are all forgetting:

He's total Death that you can't outrun. I forget if he has to touch you though, maybe EW/Charge would be better. Either way, his movement would have to be insane!

I want Banshee so bad, But I see him as a pulsewave with runningshot. His powers requires him to scream, so if he flies he is screaming, I also see him with quake.

But pyshic blast and runningshot can be Cable. Especially during his Soldier X run...his powers started to manifest better, he was also able to create force bubbles to fly. I hope they make him, he can be really powerful.

V Psylocke really should have PB for range and EW for the Psychic Knife instead of that BCF nonsense. Not that she isn't a cool figure as is...
