Sounded like they were going C-section after a bit, and that was a while ago. So probably, yeah.

His last post on Facebook was 3 hours ago, saying that they were waiting two more hours. If they did wait the two hours before initiating a C-section they could be in surgury right now. For us, once the decision was made it took about an hour for all the surgery prep to be completed and for it to start. The good part is about 5 minutes after that we had our son, so it moves pretty quick.

Once he was out they had us spend 2 hours in a recovery room. The wife slept, so the only thing I could do was to call family, send a photo to friends and family and make a post to Facebook.

Therefore, if they are doing a C-section I would guess that we will hear something very soon.
