The best plan with that team, I think, it to run out and smash a special object if they have one, then Time Jump. Use Nanobots to eat gems and keys if it's golden age.
I think there was another figure in that build, Johnny Quick? Yeah, the strategy was to take out a nurse or a special object then Time Jump. Unfortunately, I don't have all the info to relate.

I would not object though to the judge making that a rule from that point on or just telling that player that they aren't welcome back.
Well, the player in question is actually a very nice guy. Very inventive but also very nice, which is why he decided to approach the head judge beforehand and abide by the ruling.
EDIT: Looking at this Big Picture-wise, which is where I was going with the discussion, what would happen if this type of team appeared at GenCon?

Well, in that case the team doesn't really work that well. You'd have to KO over 50 points before Time Jumping without losing anything and that would be hard to do.

Yeah, honestly I'm not that surprised. I've had a couple of people that I like and respect consider playing that team in tournaments for novelty value, and I've never seen a cheese player seriously try it. There are a few people I can think of though that would probably not be received well thanks to past actions on their part.

It would lose, almost certainly. Gencon isn't golden age so there's no Nanobots, and the players generally aren't dumb or unprepared, so KOing a support figure should not be easy. The best it could probably hope for is winning every rolloff, which isn't really a good plan. If it did win though it would be pathetic and there would be an errata (if there isn't one before then).
On a related note, the way I read it you can permanently remove one of those Flashes from the game by Mind Controlling it.

Hey Spike, I'm sorry to hear that things sucked in Huntington. Maybe next year I'll go too, and even though it is a competitive environment we'll have fun and ruin everyone's opportunity to be a douche-bag.

Do it, wintremute! Crush everyone's spite with oppressive good nature!

Is it strange that I actually prefer just posting on the LPC threads than playing in tournaments?
The experience in Huntington wasn't completely negative.
The organizer, spawn10, introduced himself to me and was totally friendly.
One of my players, who only started a few months ago, played some GSX Sentinels in the Golden Age tournament and got completely wiped each round -- but you wouldn't know he was disappointed the way he laughing and talking to folks. Kid was excited just to be there.
That's the type of player I want to be: The new guy who is still enthusiastic about the game. Don't know if I'd want to go to next year's tournament in Huntington Beach but I'm definitely up for some LPC shenanigans at SDCC!
Oh, and even more good news; Another of my players placed third and won fellowship in a sealed crossover universe event. In fact, it's the same player who pitched the Flashpoint Flash team to the head judge. Guy won a factory set of Origin and a brick of Crisis.
He also apparently pulled an E-2 Superman chase in his brick!

You cannot. The power reads that you can only use it if the figure was on your force at the beginning og the game.
So there's one case that they foresaw and avoided.
Re: multiple Flashes-- I can't see how it would win in any tournament where points ultimately matter. It socres too low. However, it could be used to skate through a semi-finals, where all the players with winning records advance.
Also, for some bizarre reason whenever I pull a random pack (which I do too often), I have a very high likilhood of getting a Flash. So I have seven of them now. I'm really hoping somebody comes up with a hugely abusive strategy so that their value in multiples skyrockets.

Fair enough. Speculation on that from earlier this week was when nobody had the card on them and I didn't bother to check.

It's true that it does score low. Wouldn't work well in a tournament with more than a small number of people unless you're shooting for third or fourth.

Damn. And I thought my four Barry Allens out of eight DC75 super rares was bad.

Skrull Invasion scenario this weekend was pretty fun. My Skrull team went down like a sack of bricks but my anti-Skrull team dominated.
Thinking of doing a "Lanterns vs. Anti-Monitor" game soon as well as throwing out some of those rarely-used event dials. Haven't used any of them since the last set that they were in was released and then only a few of them.

I didn't go to Harvard or Yale but I can kick a man in the crotch as well as any other.
