Need some position checks. Your Vampires, Blade, Werewolf and Speed Demon are all okay. The rest don't match the map. In fact it looks like you're short a token on top of everything else.

I assume he'd have to generate her adjacent to him and I'd choose I18.

Not sure if that changes any part of your turn, it would change Jason's blocking and possibly his attack on Speed Demon.

Ten wasn't doing anything, so she can take an action, side to F18, goes for Hellcow, AV9 on DV16. Gets 4. I only used Xanadu's PC, so I can use Ten's 5. Toymaster's 4. Mannn, so lame.

Okay Jason has to try for Hellcow instead. AV10 on DV16. Gets 7. Jason still sides for the block

So Blade AND Hellcow KOd and blocked, no damage to Speed Demon.

Songbird tks vampire 1 to the porter.

He pops out at I12 on Alpha, 7 kos him. Heals 1, now is on flurry. Wait, can he attack again? I think he completes the turn and heals 1 and it’s done.

Confirm with me, now that vampire has healed to a flurry click, can he use the second attack of flurry?

No, He would have had to start his action as a Flurry. Steal Energy takes place "when Actions Resolve" so it would come at the end of its Action. .
