What iconic DC character was in hell in an episode of Family Guy and why was he there(bonus points if you can name the series regular who voiced him as well)?

I'm pretty sure Seth Green does voice work on the show. Being a Robot Chicken fan, I should know that. Tho, of course, with Adam West also being on the show, it's a toss-up. Admittedly, I don't watch the show. It's just a basic rip-off of the Simpsons.
So, now that I think about it, I don't really know what DC character was in hell, cept maybe it was Batman. Why he'd be in hell, I'm not sure. There are rumours about him and a certain young ward of his, but that's just hearsay.
You have been reading far too many of JTR's posts.
Actually, I'd never of thought of that. You, on the other-hand, pointed it out to me just now, which makes me wonder if it's you whose rubbing off on Peps.
It'll be interesting to see how many currently-dead characters turn up as Black Lantern zombies, and then are later "revealed" to have never been dead at all. Always problematical in comics; look how many times that's happened to members of the "Legion of the Unliving" at Marvel.

Tho, to be fair, in one case, the Human Torch's, it turned out to be Toro instead, tho everyone thought it was Hammond. Byrne "cleared" that up shortly after he revived Hammond. Reviving Hammond and explaining away how he and the Vision were not one and the same, was one of the few things I liked about Byrne's Avengers run. Now, if only someone hadn't come along and screwed that up.
Nowadays, of course, for the DC Universe, if a supposedly dead character turns up alive, it can just be explained that the one who died was from an alternate universe. Like that time in the 60's when Batman died and was then replaced by another Bruce Wayne from an alternate universe. Then, everyone forgot that had happened.

Actually it was Roy Thomas who claimed that the "Human Torch" in the first Legion of the Unliving was Toro; and it never made any sense, because in Englehart's original story the Torch was seen flamed off, identified himself as an android, and his "spare parts" were used to fix up the Vision.
