Aegis, Tenebrous (the 2 released in the first Annihilation series) Diableri the chaos dude who got all up in Galactus' face and Antiphon the Watcher guy. Brio is the only other one I know. All should be dead now. The last 2 were killed by Silver Surfer; who used the Crunch to kill them. I am positive they used that seen for the sculpt of the Heralds of Galactus prizes.

You got it! As far as I know, those five are the only ones who have been identified by name (although judging by the story where the Surfer disposed of Aegis and Tenebrous, there may have been others) and all five are indeed currently dead.
