Yea you could have - rep, I'm pretty sure it showed as Red on your rep line hahahaha.
I just can't believe how blind you can be to the facts. Yea the article got a lot of views/responses, but not because it was a good article or because it was enjoyed. Like Ignatz said, just because it got a lot of people going doesn't mean it was good. It's the same thing if someone wrote a top 5 underrated clix and put figures like R Thug, SR Superman from JL, and other #### on there and were really serious about it.
back in negative rep days, could your rep dip below 0? I'd be curious to guestimate what the LE's rep would be if that was the case
As a writer, it's important to take the good with the bad. There is absolutely no way to write a "top overrated" article without getting burned alive (I dare the haters out there to try).
I'm not trying to write articles where everyone will be happy and pat me on the back. Honestly, anyone can do that! Nope. I'm trying to make people think and form their own thoughts and opinions -- and I have succeeded.
Most people hate my entire list, but many hate only portionsof my list, and they're all different. Some people agree with my assessment of Green Scar but think I'm dead wrong on Ultimate Thor. Other people have the complete opposite opinion. So I guess I didn't get it completely wrong, now did I?
With every article I write, I can always expect these three things:
-Some people agree
-Some people disagree
-Some people will disagree without reading the entire article (mostly for attention)
The only thing that changes is the number of people in each of those categories... and this article is absolutely no different.
So bring on the negative rep! It's a small price to pay to help keep HeroClix alive... and I'm more than willing to pay it...
Still seems pretty weak to say "thanks for enjoying the article, look at all the views and responses I got!" anyone that really wasn't looking for "pats on the back" would just write the article and participate in the discussion. Not try to resurrect the article again by shamelessly complimenting yourself to get a rise out of everyone again.

Negative repping for an opinion? I mean anytime you throw the word "overrated" in, it's all about opinion... so yeah, I would never negative rep him regardless of how much I disagree on some of them.
Forum Team Building Contest #2 and #3 Winner, & runner up for #1 and #4.
Ahhhh, so you were one of those d-bags that slept with the Ult Thor crutch under your pillow? we had someone like you that went to all 3 venues I ran and stomp everyone with his 2 R Psylockes (enhancement), R Jean Grey, and 3 con artists for about 2 weeks straight... until I began running scenarios and restricted builds that would very creatively not allow the use of Ult Thor (i.e. DC only, No character above 180 pts, weenie wars- characters under 50 points, etc).
This same d-bag was busted for selling the NGN Superman before the event was run.
I'd agree that Ult Thor is not overrated in the proper hands, but good players that felt the need to break him out every single week were a little short on grey matter, IMHO.
I believe calling someone a "D bag" for merely striving to win is incredibly rude, sorry.
