GSX is open again. That mafia game is taking longer than I thought it would.
For those of you not interested in Magic: The Gathering, I was thinking about going ahead with my next game option, but I don't want to overcrowd the sign-up section. What do you guys think?
I bought the Justice League #1 for the iPad for 3.99, amd was expecting a good read. Visually, it was stunning, as expected, but crap, for 4 dollars, amd not having something solid in my heads, I expected more than a 6 minute read
...why the hell doesn't my iPad correct "amd"?
"Why would the possibility of me being wrong ever stop me from doing something?"
Is $3.99 the new cover price? If so I think I'll be dropping these books far soon than expected. I see no reason to pay that much for a single book. Especially considering I enjoy the read of a TPB so much more. Plus, the storage and ability to lend them to friends without as much worry of damage is a distinct advantage.

You type it so often it thinks it's a word now?
It took forever for my iPhone to start accepting mafia terms.
Check your iPad settings. You might have the keyboard set to "monkey".
("amd" is a real word when Stan uses it. Not sure what it really means, though.)

$3.99 is the price for some of the books. The majority of them should retain the $2.99 cover price. After all, DC made that whole big deal of "drawing the lne at 2.99." Let's hope that they stick with it because my comic book budget continues to shrink these days. (Not to mention my gaming budget. It's looking like no new Hulk Heroclix for me until who knows when...)
