Flurry: break the wall then break opponent's figure.
I did this a couple of times using Puppet Master. Mind Control one of your opponents figures with Perplex and use their perplex to down defense value so that any1 of your weak figs can hit. Or use their perplex up your attack value, damage or movement for RS. :knockedou
Did this in a 300 point game against an E Darkseid.
U Prof X Mind Controls opponents Darkseid on his first click. With phasing no break away rol needed. He scoots 14 squares away to land next to my LE Morlock Leader and my R Pyro. And have him turn off his Impervious for good measure. LE ML is ICWO, + 1 to AV and with Pyro there another +1. 12 to a 16. Rolled a 5 on the first BCF outting onto toughness and thern rolled a 4 to give ole Darkseid 8 clicks of damage.
Mind Control is the new Fortitude busting outwit.
What we do in life echoes in eternity!
Respect is a given, only disrespect can be earned.
Yep, U Professor X has become my new favorite nasty tactic as well. I normally use the nasty triple incap until the MC will devastate my opponent. He is fun to use versus V Supes as well. Yeah, Chuck's gonna take 2, but his friend Jane Foster is normally right behind him...plus, I take 2 clicks, his Superman KO'd one of his figs in one shot, and I have Supes end his movement in range of my other figs with no impervious.

My understanding is that you can either tak an action or turn off/use a power with MC not both. so you could move Darkseid or turn off his impervious, not both.

Turning off optional powers does not qualify as using an action for a MCed figure. Thus, you could turn off Imperv without actually using Darkseid's move for the duration of the mind control.
When we had a 600 point tournament, I played all Mind control and PC. I had Ff prof x, several other multi-target ME pieces, and about six or seven PC pieces. Majority of my rolls were bad, but the other guy was steaming. Quite hillarious.
Hush: I like using cheese figs. Since we play unrestricted all the time V Firelord and U Thor get a lot of playing time with me. Especially since a lot of people forget the Ultimates team ability.
What usually happens (to my delight) is my opponent sets up Punisher/Green Arrow/Johnny Alpha/other good stealth figs up in some hindering terrain. One ICwO and "perplex" from the hooker.... I mean Con artist, and I say "bye-bye" with a 12 AV and 7 damage from Thor. "You can't do that!" "Yes I can! See this little red 'U' in the little red circle? SCREW YOU!"
I swear, I've heard "God$#%! Thor!!!" more often in a week than most people will in their entire lives!
Veg: Heh-heh. That's sounds a lot like my venue. I do the same thing and get the same reaction. Man, I love my Unique Thor.
GL17: Jay Garrick Flash with Armor piercing. That's annoying.
Veg: Are you kidding me? Since the advent of Armor Piercing, Jay Garrick has been a royal pain in my opponents' @$$. Everytime I move for 20 paces on the board, they always scream "that's fu#@ing criminal!"
Sure your thinking of how expensive it is to field that but what I got is a 40 square hypersonic speed moving, armor piercing, and stealing all your objects from off the board fast man!!!
I love it, I love it!!!
Bruce Banner KO's:
Black Adam, Wolverine, Wonder Woman x2, Caiera, Bullseye, Iron Patriot, Hulk, Noh-Varr, Venom, Chun-Li

The problem with this is that Flash has to stop when he enters hindering unless you put swingline on him. And in 40 squares you are bound to run into some hindering. Also, you arent allowed to attack if you are using the doubletime feat to move.
Have no worries. There will be no HeroClix 2.0 while I'm working on the game. - Seth Johnson

Speaking of giants, I love equipping them with the shake off feat, and basing figs like V Red Tornado, and Pogs sharing 18 def. with R CT Invisible Girl. Watching my opponent as I break away and kill a few annoying butler pogs (Yeah you alfred and Jarvis!) is always fun.
the guy i play against on a regular basis always uses supes with fortitude/shellhead/RS i like to perplex supes defence up when he hits those toughness clicks just to bug the heck out of him either that or i have DR fate PT around his medic when he moves it. he actualy got up from the table and hit the wall one night!
