I tried the brisket at wawa and it's pretty good. like the new version of the Home style roast beef or prime rib.

I'm at jury duty. Now I know the exact opposite way an NFL rookie feels like on draft day. Made it through the round of selections. Fingers crossed they say I don't have to come back tomorrow.
