No, and the only way there will be tournaments is if the judges run them and Wizkids sends them prize support. So we will probably get old prizes that no one wants. There will not be any $5 booster drafts more than likely, no Foom/ Con exclusives for sell, and no envoy appreciation night. So, the Southeast got royally F-ed on this one. Yeah Wizkids!!!

I think the $9.99 price tag is going to kill Sealed play, and eventually the tourney scene. Not everyone who plays has a job that can support a habit this expensive.

Most sealed events are 3 boosters, whereas these will only be two boosters. If sold at retail, the new sealed events will be $4 cheaper than before.

For those of you interested in the Hellboy set they did not get them in at Titans today. Alan said that they will be in by Saturday. So, if you are going on Saturday and you can wait you might want to call and get him to hold you one. The stats are up on the general discussions page. I really like the Hellbaby. He is only 30 points with 5 clicks but he has leap/climb throughout his dial so you can pounce him and he has regen on his first click so he can potentially regen back to his starting click. The Hellboy for the 125 points is in my opinion not much better than the Vet. from Indy. I think I will stick with that figure. But, the Roger and Abe look pretty good.

I think there was an issue at the distributor. Great Escape got a whopping 3 packs in, and they sold immediately.

The issue is that Diamond/Alliance is a terrible distributor.
