No, I think your decklist sounds fine. It covers the lack of flight and hidden attacks which I think are the biggest problems.

Although I'm tempted to put in Armageddon just for the heck of it :p

Well, As far as running this sunday, I have a couple of match-up concerns.
What do you do against rock (no row hate)? Or the Kiman deck (a deck that punishes you for attacking by making your attack zero then auto-stunning you) or the powergirl deck. You NEED hawkeye, at least one copy of the 4-drop. He single-handedly wins the syn/syn matchup. Against kree, you need all 4 of your sensationals on either 4 or 5, depending on which one your oponent has initiative on. ESU is a 4-of if you can get another copy, and I personally think zinco is better than level 12 but its one of those ketchup/mustard things.

Not sure if he was worried about those match-ups (well enough to tech-against them that is), but with STTG being your tutor engine, you can run 1x Jamie Reyes and 1x Concussion Grenade/BRPD Signal Device against for Rock/Kiman. What's the Power Girl deck?

I prefer Zinco as well, unless if I'm anticipating actually wanting to use Level 12 for the life gain. If you're deck doesn't need the life gain generally, then Level 12 might as well have no secondary effect. Level 12 is a life gain card with a secondary effect as a bonus. Zinco is equipment hate with life gain as a secondary bonus. It's the same in my opinion as No Man's/Uni-Power. No Man's is a pump with the secondary bonus of working against the hidden area. Uni-Power is a hidden hate card with a bonus pump to it. Choose accordingly.

Do you really need Hawkeye? Sensational does roughly the same job but with the ability to reinforce and 2 more defense. Sometimes Hawkeye might be better snagging 2 1's, but sometimes Spidey will snag a 3 while Hawkeye might only snag a 2. Plus Spidey allows for Gift Wrapped, all of which seem like plenty against Syndicate.

4 ESU would be ideal since they more than make up for the possibility of hitting double. Though you don't lose all that much running 3 (I only have 3 as well)

sorry, the harvey bullok deck He can win the matchup on his own. He stops the turn 5 carnage kill when you stun 2 1-drops because between the 2 you stun, your 3 and 2 He should be going into that turn with 2-3 characters. if those 2 characters were still around, then thats another 10 damage at least you are taking (spider hunt, carnage and minimum attack).

finally on the ESU thing, the deck has so much filter that you should be able to pitch the extra esu's to whatever (don't mention mxy; there are more than enough ways to discard more than once a turn)

I like the reality gem/blue beetle additions. However against the kiman deck you need NTZ for turn 6 targeting what are friends for.
On turn 6 they play Thanos to force you to attack.

One last thing ... why Deathloke?

I guess I just don't see why to fit in off-team weenie hate is needed if you have 4x Gift Wrapped and Sensational. But I guess he certainly won't hurt if you think that's a problem.

BRPD signal device was there for Kiman to make at least 1 character that turn untargettable.

If you are just hating out Kiman, you could also play Need A Lift? (play in response to What are Friends For?)

What's the Harvey Bullock deck?

Need a Lift isn't a bad idea, but I think I would prefer Trial by Jury because it is more flexible. At any rate trying to tech too much for too many things will just weaken the overall strength of the deck and it would be difficult to try to move out some much needed cards for just ocassionally usefull ones.
