The answer to the first two is Earth 8. The answer to the last one is Earth 2.

When our story opens, the Question is investigating an impossible locked-room murder mystery involving a midget and a 6'6"-tall call girl into heavy bondage. Don't worry, I'll explain later. It's all vitally relevant.

You're thinking of Helena Wayne of Earth 2.
Helena Bertenelli is the current Huntress who supposedly would've been on E-8 and on Earth Prime, she's probably related to Valerie.

And probably uses NutriSystem.
It's an interesting point about which Earth the post-Crisis creations would have ended up on had it not been for the Crisis. Maybe Michael Holt was "meant" to be the Earth-One Mr. Terrific, as Barry Allen was the Earth-One Flash, etc.
Speaking of Helena Wayne and E-2...
Helena was engaged to Distract Attorney Harry Sims. Who recently tried to recreate Two-Face by attempting (but failing) to splash acid in D.A. Sims' face ???

Makes you wonder where you'd be and what you'd be on an alternate earth.
As Iris Allen said to Barry Allen after their first time making love, "that was quick".
Yes, it was The Joker, who was too damn old to be doing things like that. He died trying. Kinda reminded me of teh movie "Dark Knight". The Joker should've stuck to running around poking holes in condom packs with a pin.
Not necessarily. I mean, for instance, on another Earth, George Bush could still be in office. Slavery might never of ended on another earth. Hitler, on another earth, could've won WW2. Heck, on another Earth, you may never of met the woman you married.
So, yeah, things could be worse.

Thanks to the recommendations of Steve Mitchell, that was the first new comic I bought in many years. And it was obvious to me that the Joker was trying to commit suicide, in his own way, taking as many people out with him as he could. (Although it also seemed that he knew the true identities of the Huntress and her mother, and presumably her father. What was up with that?)
