Actually, poll creation starts at Platinum which is one step below Diamond, so you should be able to...

Diamond status is totally sufficient to post a poll.

Basically, when you go to start a new thread, scroll down towards the bottom of the submission page, you will see your poll options there.

So after seeing this, I have decided to turn one of my lesser-used Predator pieces into a Sinestro Corps member. I have also decided that I don't want to just do a dial swap, so I've got to come up with a dial for him. I'm pretty familiar with the Predators so some things I've already decided on, like Ranged Combat Expert (shoulder cannon), B/C/F (wrist blades), Charge and maybe Psychic/Penetrating Blast (throwing blade/shurikan). Anybody have any other suggestions or see anything I'm missing?
