Again.... you don't tell people what is going to happen ahead of time in comics you produce. That would be death for sales, which Joey Q is supposed to boost. Quesada is playing the same game that every EIC all the way back to Stan Lee have.
Then you probably haven't heard. I got news for you......

Well, it's been the death of Marvel for me anyways. I want to like marvel, I really do. But every decision Joe Q makes is like it's his personal mission to get me to stop reading Marvel books. There are some great writers at Marvel like Bendis and Straczynski, that do the best they can to make good stories based on bad ideas.
I'll guess I'll leave it at that. All this talk about Marvel has got me worked up instead of enjoying the previews. I am looking forward to the set, and hope it far surpasses the low bar that B&B set.
Spider-Man wasn't unmasked that long in real time or in the comics.
And he still unmasked and everything. Just that nobody remembers who was under the mask. The event still occured, which is why Spidey was a fugitive from the SHRA.

After reading this thread I have come to one unavoidable conclusion.
but is it just me or does Deadpool's hand (holding his sword) look like he has too many fingers looks like 5 fingers to me (5 fist knuckles) maybe just quick paint work
Exactly. So we both agree that static poses would be bad then. Good.
Some figs work well with a rather stoic pose...if the sculpting and all else is competent.
I also rather like the more creative artistic stuff...Martian Manhunter, Batman/Catwoman, Thor/Loki...they don't look to be in battle poses....and since we play on a flat map with tokens....the versimilitude of "battle" isn't really needed....it's basically a board game with collectible pieces....
I play 40k as well....that I expect to look like a battle.
