Yeah, I'm going to go stretch out soon, too. No set plans for Sunday (the seeming movie invitation's turned to silence, and as I know how plans change I'm not going to push by reminding anyone) but aside from getting laundry and a little cleaning done, I want to just enjoy a Sunday where I'm not feeling a growing dread about the approach of Monday. It's an unnatural feeling I hope to become used to.

It's time for me to go pick up where I was in catching up on episodes of OUTCASTS the DVR's been piling up these past six weeks, though I'll probably be nodding off within the first 30 minutes.

I've been watching Outcasts, and waiting for something to happen. My big question is how were the people that actully escaped Earth chosen. You would think if the human race is sending a relatively few people to survive, those people would have special qualities and skills in survival, science, social skills, whatever. And you would need some people with experiance in manufacturing essentials. All the background people in Forthaven appear to be the street folk from some Dickens novel, and the leaders seem to all be flawed beyond even the ordinary politicians we are currently blessed with in our own lives.

Doppelganger is so dangerous I can almost say i've never played him. He gets KO'd immediately and to the point of jeapordizing my friend's chances of winning the game. Of course, I likewise do the same (not because he's dangerous, but because I can't ever get to use him without his entire team focusing on him, so it's tit for tat til I do).

Future son of Franklin Richards and Rachel Summers? Interesting. I'd never heard of him but he appears to be a crazy concoction out of 90's era Marvel. Probably a terrible idea, but I'm a sucker for alternate reality story lines, so I say we need him in Heroclix!

Okay, Power Rangers Zeo just raised the bar for stupid.

In episode 45, Tommy and Tonya have a spell cast on them that forces them to sing opera anytime they try to talk. Fine. I'm used to stupid spells like this. But what does Zordon worry about the most? This spell may interfere with Tommy's ability to operate the Zeo Battle Zord.

Now, one might think "That's a pretty big deal. The rangers need their zords because the monster always grows in size." But when you break down Zeo, you'll realize that there is no need for this zord to be used most of the time. It is further nullified when you consider in 45 episodes, it's been used maybe 10 times.

The rangers have the standard Zeo zords, the Super Zeo zords, the Warrior Wheel (which is another zord), Pyramidas (Ugh), and Auric the Conquerer to call upon. The Zeo battle zord Isn't necessary at all.

So they spend part of the episode reconfiguring the Zeo battle zord to work with Adam's brainwaves. They say it may not work (but lo, it does!). The rangers then go on to fight yet another purse monster.

I think he should stay out of Clix. If they make him I'll play the crap out of him. Kinda why I have not gotta Onslaught yet. I already play that GSX Magnetic way way too much.

Do you guys think there is any demand for the three LE's from Arkham? They are among the best LE's we have gotten in a long time. I just ask because I got them yesterday in a trade for Quasar.
