Not that she's really that much worth keeping around after that turn, but I think you're shorting Turbo. 2 from GG, 1 from Pulse Wave and 1 for the push is only 4. She's on her last click and not liable to do much, but she's not out.
You're right about how weak my team is right now. Most of them are struggling with late-dial CVs that just aren't likely to hit, or to do much damage if they do. Nor do I currently have much in the way of being able to boost them. I get your taking conservative turns so as not to widen the point gap, but you're doing me no favors by not allowing me to get some fresh blood in here either.

Mento tries double Incap on Sandman and Hobgoblin. Both get a Shape Change roll. 3 and 1 respectively. So AV 10 -1 for the Smoke Cloud Penalty on DV17 +1 for each of them with Hindering. He gets super lucky with the 9 he needs to hit. Even luckier, Gwen is out of range. Hobgoblin just gets a token. But Sandman gets a token, is pushed for 1 and then loses 3 more with Degeneration, total of 4.

Dario may as well take a shot at Incapping him. He's off SC now. AV9 on DV17, no hindering bonus thanks to Caliban. Dario gets 8. Another push Damage to Sandman
Turbo Break to Sidestep? Gets 6. Sides to L14
Can she finish off Sandman? CCE for +1/+1. So AV10 on DV17. Gets 8. Again Gwen can't help. And maybe, just maybe I'm out of that cruddy streak I was in last week. KOs Sandman.

I'm disappointed. Sandman's no favorite but I did a lot of work keeping him around.
Even with a token, Hob will pulse. Gets 5. Gwen makes it 6. Kos that whole lot of figures. I'm sure you'll get your chance to heal Abomination. So to confirm between the pulse and incap you lose Mento, Belladonna, Zed and Turbo.

They're Darkstar's Free Smoke Cloud. Maybe it's lazy of me, but typing "Darkstar Smoke Clouds" every turn seems a little tedious. So just assume she does/
Okay, so it's the "Be careful what you wish for" thing. I wanted some fresh blood and now I can have it. Four figures' worth. Seems like a good time to commit to a theme, a small one anyway. I kind of wanted to run the Planetary guys here. If I pay for Drummer, Jakita and Elijah, Ambrose can come in for free with the 500 point rule.

I'm at the next 1000 points, so I'll give Elijah Stunning Blow for my Feat. He Sidesteps to J22, Perplexes his Range to 9, Tries Incap on Hobgoblin. AV11 on DV17 +1. Gets 6. Poo And Dario is not in LOF
Oh well, Jakita teleports to I14 to block Tarleton, Perplexes her AV to 12, HSS to J14 on Hobgoblin, AV12 on DV17. Gets 9. 2 to Hobgoblin. Breakaway? 3. Ends I18

Firefall is in for George. One throwaway for another. RS to L13 ee on Jakita and Ambrose. Rolls 8. That's a miss for Ambrose but not Jakita. You could risk his pc, remember Gwen has it too.
So first off, my bad, Ambrose should be noted as Stealth, but since I didn't put it on him, we'll let this attack go. So you need an 8 to hit Jakita and like 11 to hit Ambrose? Yeah, I'll PC that. Good chance I can save them both, even with Gwen backing you up.
