Okay, new question:
A year or three ago, Gail Simone wrote a two-issue arc of Teen Titans, causing me to want to buy it. However, the arc was drawn by an artist with a nightmarish 1990s pedigree, causing me to recoil in fear and disgust. Name this artist.

He's about the only (self-proclaimed) artist I can think of off the top of my head who'd be "nightmarish".
By that same token, tho, I wouldn't want to see him render Nightmare (I mean the Marvel Comics embodiment of nightmares, of course).
And JTR, wouldn't you want to see Nightmare with enormous shoulder pads, a bandolier made up of pouches, and a gun larger than his upper body? Maybe with a facial scar that lights up?

The least Liefield could do is make the lower half of the body appear like it's made of mist. It'd save him the trouble of trying to make feet and also might curtail the urge for people to laugh at him.
