Well it could be as simple as a mechanic to pass off the recruitment power, like someone else mentioned. Or it could be just another balancing effect to give the cult more staying power if for example, they have a cap, which I've seen in some games.

Actually SL, you're right. I can't completely discount VDB possibly being cult. Sometimes when cults reach their max players they gain the kill ability.

still not recruited, so i aint cult. its pretty damming that truffle was mafia twice, specially when charles turned out to be town. I will post a cop master list just so everything i have is out there, as soon as i get to my office. unless someone else brings damming evidence of who the cult is, i will vote truffle.

Why especially when Charles turned out to be town? When misdirection occurs and two or more people are invovled, and people can correct me if I'm wrong, but each person is rolled individually.

Furby, the problem is that if you were recruited, you wouldn't just admit it. Just like if you're mafia, you wouldn't just admit it.

It's possible that Truffles is mafia and you're town and you copped her. And it's also possible that you were recruited into Pax's cult and then tried to recruit Truffle and failed, so are you're betting she's mafia. Or maybe Pax told you he failed to recruit her.

What we know for sure, based on outside evidence (i.e. stuff other than what you're telling us) is that Pax targeted you, and then when he died, he autopsied as a neutral with what appears to be a recruitment stab on one of the remaining players in the lynch write up.

Based on that, I feel pretty good that you're cult. The problem I'm having is that I just don't know if the cult is a bigger threat than the mafia at this point. That's what we need to figure out.

I have to be honest here. I'm not getting the feeling that FF is anything but town. I see the evidence, and I know it's damning. There's something we're not seeing though. I have a feeling about it.
