to clarify a bit more, the XP you get at the end of the game is a choice. You can either get XP to spread out as evenly as possible to all characters on your squad that you played (and depending how much you get depends if you played theme or not) OR you get RPs (also based on theme or not).

The amount of XP or RPs you get is 5% of the total point game if not themed, 10% if it is themed. So you're splitting either 20 XP amongst the squad if not theme or 40 XP if themed.

Do we still get RPs for winning games?

No. Other than trades, you only earn RPs from a game if you choose to convert your xp into RPs.

So what incentive do we have to win games?

go to the superbowl.

Also under the old system, you got more RPs if you lost. From a RP perspective, winning games was disincentivized.

If you win and make it into the playoffs, you get to keep more characters than if you didn't make it into the playoffs. So you don't have to build your team all the way back up.
