I watched Tim & Eric Billion Dollar Movie. It was a 90 minute episode of the show. Trippy, creepy and very often disturbing. If you like the show, you'll like the movie.
Catering to the lowest common denominator since Feb 2003.
My wife and I watched Drive (waaaay overrated) and Paranormal Activity 3 last night. PA 3 was surprisingly creepy. It also provides reasons for what happened in the first two movies.
Loved it. When movies are concerned about acting, dialogue and drama, I got a real feel for the lighting and cinematography which is something I've been missing from most movies. Yeah it was a bit melodramatic, but it was a silent movie that held my interest for 100 minutes which Battleship Potemkin (and I'd consider myself an Eisensteinenite) never quite did.
Before that, saw Sherlock Holmes 2, and I enjoyed it. Very much like the character was always intended and the pre-planning of the fight with Moriarty was better than the entire first movie.
Eh . . .
I have no sekrets, I just am.

Ben Kingsly was pretty good, but I wish Michael Bay had directed it.

We watched 'Real Steel' last night. I was expecting a cheesy movie, but it was actually pretty good. Every time I see Hugh Jackman though, I can't help but picture Wolverine, and it didn't help things that the actor who played the Blob from the Wolverine movie, was also in 'Real Steel'.
