Congrats. I close on my home sale tomorrow. Just moved into an apartment . Been house hunting for 2 months. The only one we really liked had an offer made on it while we were driving to view it, and the offer was $5K over the listing price.

Rent is wasted, but the upkeep on a house is expensive. Exterior care with paining/roofing according to my realtor is about 1% of the house value /year over a 15 or 30 year loan.

And ALWAYS talk to the neighbors of the hous you are looking at before you buy, they might clue you into things like meth dealers in the community

Also having a hard time trying to get two more Scarlet Spiders. I messed up on an order from Troll and Toad. Mailed them to see if I could add them into my order to save on shipping but they didn't respond to me until after it was shipped. They said I could order it and they would refund the shipping but they only have one now not two. I also had done a deal with someone who said they would throw two of them in with it but they forgot to put it in :-/ they said they would send it but I said it was okay. Didn't want them wasting money sending something that was just an extra thing. I mean if I had paid for it then yea but ehh
