I specifically hope the Zellbrigen rumour is wrong. Why? It is silly.
Janella Lakewood (a Knight of the Sphere, Elite of the Elite within the RAF) is not good enough?
What about Geoff Bekker?
How about Jonah Levin - one of only twelve Paladins in the RAF - the Elite of the Elite of the Elite if you like.
Just looking at these, can you see any reason why a Jade Falcon would pursue an Elite Locust (which happens to be a Mercenary and so beneath them) instead?
It makes no sense.
Zellbrigen should be a faction ability that applies to a CLASS of unit. Thus infantry would be subject to Zellbrigen when attacking other infantry, vehicles or 'Mechs. Vehicles would use it against vehicles and 'Mechs. 'Mechs would use it only against other 'Mechs.
Ideally units should be subject to Zellbrigen only for as long as their opponents honour it too. Since we are all goldfish with no memory (judging by the way the game is designed) I'm not sure how this could be done. Perhaps there should be a Zellbrigen marker or a switch on units to show whether a unit has been offended. Wouldn't it be good is if Zellbrigen confered no special bonus but that when the opposing force disobeyed the Zellbrigen rules the Falcon units gained bonuses thanks to their righteous indignation?
Problem is, Zellbrigen requires the following:
First you can never deliberately end your movement out of line of sight to the unit you are duelling with.
You cannot make a physical attack.
If you are in range of your weapons then you must fire them.
You cannot withdraw to outside the range of your opponent's weapons.
Zellbrigen is not just individual combat incidentally. A Jade Falcon Turkina (Assault 'Mech) could justifiably challenge two, three or even four Inner Sphere designs simultaneously if the Falcon warrior felt that single combat would be dishonourable due to a significant weight or technological difference. Of course for this to be permitted the Turkina's pilot would have to challenge the multiple enemy, the enemy could not gang up on the Turkina without an "invite".
My precious Steel Wolves... (commits seppeku on the spot) (looks at the two-ish foot Katana sticking out of his chest) wow that didn't work... Oh well time to turn to my favorite Clan for help. The Jade Falcons. Preferably the Delta Galaxy I believe? Or was it Gamma? Oh well, whichever had the black falcon as it's logo.
They could use Grapple to represent the bombs much like they did for the FaShih's mines...That'd be nasty then wouldn't it?
Mid :)
Actually the grapple on the Fa'Shihs represented the ... (don't have CC field manual) magnetic grappling capabilities the Fa'Shih suit has. They can pretty much attatch themselves to anything.

who cares; the Cats get lotsa stuff in FP... just sit back and wait for the set to be released with a dumb smirk on your face knowing this knowledge ^^

Oops, sorry bout the double-post - was on a 56k before.
CHECK THE DARK AGE HEADLINES! Look at the prizes for Origins. The Stinger will be in FP! WTF!!! STORM RAIDER - ewwwww. ICEs will be here a while longer, it seems. In one form or another...
The fun part will be guessing about the following...
Trovic Nilloba, will he be #148 or is he genuinely JF1 and there will be another Gyrfalcon at 148? Keep an eye on the FAQ for an unit correction.
#125 to #136 means 12 spots for vehicles and infantry. There are 8 infantry in this set and 12 vehicles so 6 will get left out. Question is, which 6?
There is unlikely to be an infantry pack. There are 12 vehicles in this set and 12 LE spaces. If WK have decided to do an LE for every vehicle in the set then there will be no infantry packs. This seems the most likely choice for WK to make because in the past where WK have done infantry packs there have always been two packs and duplication of LEs has not been an issue in the past (Purifier Battle Armour has two LE sculpts). My guess is that LE infantry packs were ruled out by a 0 move infantry in this set. Chances are the Gun Emplacement infantry piece rules out an LE pack the way Towed Autocannons and SRM Batteries did for Death From Above and the way SRM Launchers and Laser Batteries did for Liao Incursion.
So we need names for the two vehicles that have not yet been identified to conclude all speculation on what the LE set will look like. Oh and we need the factions too.
Kevin mentioned that Trovic is not included in the 20 LEs for the boosters. As you list 137 through 156, those are the twenty for the boosters. So 148 will not be Trovic.
