I sort of goofed when I said that. It in itself is not a drug, but in even our own universe, some people (including myself) have something of an addiction to it. Not everyone, just some people. That said, the "Green Arrow" is not a drug, but may contain one. It all depends on how you look at it... or how the FDA looks at it as the case may be.
