Clara Kent is correct. Mxy was unaware of Supes ID, so he created both a Superwoman and a Clara Kent (powerless) as well-- and that's how Superman knew something was up.

I think Peter David wrote a novel that said the same, didn't he?
Just one of those conspiracy things; like the idea that McGyver was the son of Professor Roy Hinkley from Gilligan's Island. (Who else would have taught him how to turn common household objects into weapons of mass destruction, but the man who made a lie detector out of coconut shells and sea salt?)

Come to think of it, if CuCr hadn't mentioned Jor-El, I might not have gotten it, so I'm going to pass the thread onto him.
CuCr has the thread.

Ah, but the Professor wouldn't have built a lie detector if it were not for William Moulton Marston, who created Wonder Woman. So, MacGuyver is also descended from Marston.

Thanks, my friend; and because I have a question ready to go, I'll accept.
Which member of the Justice Society of America, after a ten-year absence from the annual JLA/JSA crossovers, appeared in three such crossovers in a row?

Doctor Fate.
Considering he was created in the 40's, it's a good thing they used "Doctor" instead of "Master" for his name.
