I wrote the following on my coworker's dry-erase board:

"Mark is a Go-Bot.

Kenny is a decepticon.

Who wins?"

He replied asking "What's a Go-Bot?"

I told him to google it.

Two minutes later, this was his completely serious reply:

"Oh! They're the Fisher-Price version of Transformers!"

...no joke, I'm going to Hooters tonight. My wife informed me of this last night.

It's funny because it's true. While I liked some of them, Crusher, Leader-1, and Kop-tur (man some of those names were awful), they were generally less compelling and poorly engineered.

He died in the opening write-up during my Transformers II Mafia game, IIRC.

Never watched Go Bots. Transformers, GI Joe, TMNT, those were my cartoons of choice.

It totally gets worst...Also I agree with Stan, the comics are like ten times better then the show is.

You are quite right, olde chum. Which is why this time I did not tempt karma and am playing hooky at Hooters while my wife is healthy and at work. I am going to delete the Hooters girls pics off my iPhone as soon as I have safely downloaded them.

I am really happy to be a part of this community of people who are willing to help their fellow realmsers and offer support whenver one of us is down. Its been quite nice getting to know more about you guys and gals on here. Its a shame I really don't live nearer to most of you. Its hard for me to make it to cons due to obligations I have here at home but if anyone makes it to a Con in Tx at some point I will likely be there for that.
