I had to get a new phone a few months ago after I didn't empty my pockets and ran it through the washing machine.

I just washed THAT phone, too.

Open it up, and toss it in a container of white rice, bury that sucker in there for a day or two.
Worked for my Samsung a few months back after that same situation.

Sadly that did not work Steve Jobs.

After I left the Comic Book Shop last night and was driving home I saw this thing moving on the shoulder of the road. From a distance, it kinda looked like a black plastic bag being blown along. As I got closser to it I saw that it was a pretty large turtle high-stepping it along the road (neck stretched out and head held high). Apparently the guy biking on the shoulder must have thought the same thing about the turtle because he almost fell off his bike when he nearly hit it and then again after he had to do a double-take to confirm what he almost hit.

Oh, it's one of THOSE kind of phones

Oh, so he didn't actually actually bite it.

Oh heavens, no! Not actually, actually! Just almost!

Well I'm actually actually relieved to read that.

As well you should be!

Fortunately I still had some rice left from the failed attempt to revive my last phone.

I could really go for some rice, eggs, hamburger patty, and gravy right now.

Today is national hamburger day.
