If it's AI She-Hulk like your recap says, I count 5 clicks.
My bad, my She-Hulk is the 130 pointer: AI23B. I should've differentiated there since you assumed it wasn't the full point version. She wouldn't have even been hit if that were the case.
Not that you're asking but to prove my point look at my points on 12/11 post #322 vs. 12/12 #328 when she comes in. My point cost was 626 on 12/11, I lost Whirlwind and Gamora in your next turn which is 478. I add Giant-Man (200) and Shulky (130) to make the total in that date of 808.
If we're good on that point, you can relook at your turn.
Another point: the endgame. My original idea was for this to end on Sun. 1/6 where we each get one last turn.
If we're agreed on that I wonder if we amp things up starting the day after Christmas. We replace a character from our sideline with a current character (and replace the Snowfall figures), once per turn.

So, Toyman Outwits the Impervious. I'd say going against a 19DV, John would be using RCE for +2AV, especially since one-shotting her is out of the question.

Captain Cold doesn't need to Barrier now, but give his Ice Wall Trait, he will. After Barriering (slightly adjusted) he can do a ranged attack on She-Hulk, AV10 on DV17. Gets 8. Her Invulnerable absorbs any Damage, but he can give her a Token.

Now addressing the endgame separately, doing the replace each turn (over and above any regular replacements) is fine, though I would add that by the day after Christmas, we stop adding new replacements, so we don't get stuck with unused figures. That way by New Year's we're probably out of replacements and just trying to finish the last guys off. We may be done a little before the 6th at that rate, but that's okay. The 6th is a good end point if we need it, but we may or may not.

Fair enough, new figures get added up to and including Christmas day. 'Boxing day' onward we replace sideline figures with active figures one at a time (Snowfall included, one at a time in that bunch) and we play until a winner is determined by 1/6 at the very latest.
Sorry about She-Hulk. I was way off there.
So I lost my soldiers who were directly replaced. Shulky takes 3 and a token, a token to Emma.
I roll 4 and 6.
1. Jen to break? 1. Attacks Toyman making her damage 4. Needs 7, rolls 11. 4 to him. I missed it before but adjacent figures can't mm with this Shulky.
2. Quicksilver, who should be in H10, hss to G16. Needs 6 to hit Icicle, rolls 6. I'd guess he'd mm to Marley, koing him. Now he needs 6 to hit Icicle himself, rolls 8. 3 to him. Break? 3. He leaves a speed shadow in G16, hss to G9.
3. Holiday Elf arrives. He rolls for both Naughty and Nice. 4. He has penetrating. Polaris sends him to I10.
4. He'll rs to I13 attacking Icicle, GA and CC. Rolls 8. (I don't see pc on your side). It makes sense to ko Icicle.
Weather Outside on Icicle's square. I won't directly replace him but whomever you put there is immobile for their first turn.
