Done and done again. Upkeep posted.

I put the map and positions up. I know it's not accurate, don't bother telling me that, I need to check over my board at home. Kinda lapsed on the movement and clue grabbing.

I'm definitely not the person to be clearing out the Unnameable - I could make a chunk in the non-physically immune creatures but too many things that would shred me.

Guess I could focus on the ones I could take out, first, and then hope someone's around to patch me together at the hospital or the psych ward....

You know, it occurs to me that Melk could use his Elder Sign now. It is an "Any Phase" card, after all. Or is that incorrect? If he can do it, he'd make a few of those monsters disappear, so that going in there to "Mop up a few of them" doesn't easily translate into "Rokk's going to the hospital this turn"

*shrug* I fully plan on killing every monster in the Unnamable my next turn anyway.

A bright side: We cannot have a monster surge next round.

Yeah, I can probably take the byakhees, the dimensional shamblers - though I risk a lot in that loss - and likely even the elder thing. The fire vampire and ghosts though are problematic for me.

I'm a big hater of the bullwhip. It's not necessarily an awful item, I just think its mechanic is unnecessary and wasteful.

And, no, I haven't forgotten about updating the location post. Or, rather, I did forget, while I was at lunch, shoving cookies into my face, and going over finances. But I have not forgotten that I forgot, and that I must rectify the mistake of forgetting, by not forgetting. It may still be possible for me to forget, since tonight is board game night, and I will be so stoked that I end up inadvertently forgetting, but my hope is that writing this dissertation about my forgetfulness will therefore and henceforth nullify any chance of my forgetting.

But, if I do still forget, I'll take care of it later tonight, when I'm home again. And you guys won't care, because none of you are going to bother to post here until tomorrow, anyways, absent-minded fools that you are.
