You have to think about for every nice guy theres a thousand that are mean or rude to cops.. Let alone that their badge could get them killed... people skills dissipate when your life on the line.
When I'm saying hello or nodding in a friendly manner, I find it hard to believe that cop is feeling threatened. I find it easier to believe he's being a jackass on a power trip.
I want these clixed: Doc Savage, Fu Manchu, Tarzan, The Shadow, The Green Hornet & Kato, Conan, Solomon Kane, The Phantom, King Kong, Universal Monsters, Black Orchid, Manhunter (Paul Kirk), Xemnu the Titan, unclixed Kirby Fourth World characters, and Lilith, Daughter Of Dracula.
I've been out of Clix for a while, and almost off of Realms just because of job and life stress. Vicious cycle of working too hard to have fun, and having no fun dulls you way out, sort of depressing. But this week has been a little better and decided to just buy a case of Galactic Guardians to treat myself. Also got a GG guardians fast forces, and the store was so glad to see me back, also got a prize kit (please don't boo) and a FCBD Thor (please don't boo). Didn't get a lot of SR's, but it was fun opening boosters again. The reason for the post is from a sealed case, each brick had a Mr. Fantastic chase. Never had that happen before, and thought it neat. Made me feel better just because it made me laugh!

Welcome back! So good to see you. I'm glad that you made some time for a little fun this week.
Two Mr. Fantastic Chases you say? He happens to be on my Want list....
So my showdown against CSM Guy didn't happen. He no showed. I guess I'll have to beat him on Saturday. . .
On another topic, I yelled at someone when they suggested Starro with the Gauntlet. I can't believe how much I resent the Infinity Gauntlet now. This use to be the centerpiece to my favorite comic book story and now that it is in dial form, I can't stand it. Oh well, we can't put the cat back in the bag. I guess I'll just have to use chase Thanos to drag Gauntlet wielders to me before they get it fully powered
I'm the one who steps from the shadows, all trenchcoat and cigarette and arrogance, ready to deal with the madness. Oh, I've got it all sewn up. I can save you. If it takes the last drop of your blood, I'll drive your demons away. I'll kick them in the bollocks and spit on them when they're down and then I'll be gone back into darkness, leaving only a nod and a wink and a wisecrack. I walk my path alone... who would walk with me?

I've been out of the loop lately due to real life. What's this about a showdown with CSM guy?

He manned up and challenged me in our Supremacy League. He didn't try his usual shenanigans of only challenging opponents that are "below" him.
It's 400 points, Modern Age. He is using Chase Thanos, Question, and Crimson Gem. I'm using Chase Thanos, and SI Spider-Man. If I win map roll, I'm hosing him big time and putting us on Muspelheim so he deal with a Spider-Man Flurry and some lava to the face. I know he's not smart enough to do the same to me if he wins map choice.

Can a mind controlled character be given a Double Power action as a free action while under the influence of Mind Control?
I'm asking for Mole Man/AVM Hulk purposes. EDIT: Oops, forgot about the Battle Fury. The question still stands though.
Your question was already answered, but this brings something up that I wanted to touch on. I've noticed a lot of people getting confused over Double Power Actions. The confusion comes when they involve either Multiattack or Mind Control. It really seems that the root cause of the confusion is the word double in Double Power Action. I've noticed that people tend to think that a Double Power Action is 2 actions put together. I wonder if it would have been better to call it something else like a "Mega Power Action" or something like that.
But then you've got those cops that you meet in a convenience store and you try to give them an affable hello or friendly nod and they kick in the "icy stare". You can't help but walk away from them thinking "Maybe that guy shouldn't have been given a badge."

My best friend comes from a family of cops. His grandfather, father and 3 of his brothers. The one consistent message I get over and over is that there are typically two major types of people that become officers. The first, and by far the majority, are people honestly looking to do well and serve the public. The other minority tend to be a mix of ex-high school jocks & bullies that think that becoming a cop is the only way to continue their feeling of dominance they had during their teen years.
Unfortunately for me, many of my dealings have been with the latter group. But in general, if you treat them with respect they do the same.
