First, why are you asking for help on an Ojama deck in the Water Tactics thread...?
Second, I can't help you with a deck unless you post a link to said deck.
Third, I don't like Ojamas much anyways, so I can't really help you. >_> Sorry bud.
Fourth, please make sure to check the Advanced Format ban list on UDE's site before suggesting cards to use to anyone. Both Gravity Bind and Level Limit - Area B are Limited to 1 per deck. >.>
Fifth, it's better to check the LAST page of these stickied ____ Tactics threads because most of them are years old and the early posts are WAY outdated. <_<;;;;
Has anyone ever tried adding Fairy King Trusdale in a Water Deck? ... Seems powerful for a tribute monster especially if you have Legendary Ocean on the field. Have a look:
Fairy King Trusdale
2200/1500
Water/Plant/Lv.6/Effect:
As long as this card remains face-up on the field, increase the ATK and DEF of all Plant-Type monsters on your side of the field by 500 points.
It's too bad he wasn't a five-star monster so that he could be downgraded with Legendary Ocean to a normal summon but for a one-tribute monster he has very high Atk power. Since he is a plant monster, he increases himself by 500 Atk and Def. He is also a water monster so he gains a field bonus from Legendary Ocean. His final states are impressive:
2900/2200
All he needs now is a few more plant and water monsters to give his buffing effect to others.
Maybe if Fairy King Truesdale hadn't been errata'ed people would use it, but I highly doubt it, it's completely crap tastic:

Fairy King Truesdale (Video Game Promo)
As long as this card remains in face-up Defense Position on the field, increase the ATK and DEF of all Plant-Type monsters on your side of the field by 500 points.
Well, he could do well in a pure plant type deck, but plants have, well, crap monsters. Only Lord Poison and the Fairy King. : /
What about Lekunga? 1700ATK 4-star is decent, runs over Hydro and Snipe. Removes two WATER monsters in grave from play to summon a weak token. What are Lord Poison and Truesdale? WATER. Possible strategy?
As for the tokens Lekuna summons, you could always Swap them over to the opponent, or if use them to summon Truesdale.
there are plenty of WATER plants. Lord Poison, Lekunga, Truesdale, Grass Phantom. And, if you need some beaters that can shift to water, try Homonculus, the Alchemic Being. Aside from Truesdale, might be a decent budget deck.
More thoughts. In a frog deck that has 3 Des Croaking, wouldn't Double Spell be a good use for the extra? say you need to Heavy again, or want to Premature and already used yours.
Alright, I posted it a few days ago, but I made a deck built on jaymiechan's Big Wave Small Wave idea.
Game plan:
1.) Summon as many weaker monsters as possible (Sheep Cloud, Treeborn, Hydrogeddon)
2.) Play Big Wave Small Wave to special summon Levia-Dragon - Daedalus and as many Abyssal Kingsharks as possible.
3.) Play ALO, and use Levia's effect to wipe the field clear of everything except itself and the Kingsharks.
4.) ?????
5.) PROFIT!!!
Dark Bribe and My Body as a Shield is included to make sure my monsters last long enough to OTK the opponent. Although I'm not sure if I should use Solemn Judgment instead of My Body...
