So what's the standing ruling until we hear something? My guess is 'yes, outwit the power, the constructs vanish,' but I'd like to know before I maybe play him tonight.
Looking at the Parking Lot thread, it looks like they are leaning the other way with it. That the Constructs will stay in play, even if the power is Outwitted.
Ya, I just read that too...Does that mean the ruling thus far should be changed on the first page?

The answer is currently rather ambiguous has no easy answer. Going forward, there will probably be a rule that game effects that have no set duration (e.g. Larfleeze's Constructs aren't automatically removed at the beginning of his next turn like a Barrier token would be) are not removed from the map if the power/ability that created them is countered. So things like the Orange Constructs and action tokens would remain on the map, but things like Barrier tokens and others with a specific duration would be removed.

Note the word "probably". This indicates that there may be a change, implying that it is currently ruled the other way (which is the last thing I have heard, and therefore have listed in the first post). Due to the current wording, they will go away, but they are trying to see how they can change the wording such that all current powers will still work they way they are supposed to.
What about the movement issues? Is it still just stop in hindering and have to use stairs, or do we have to take characters into account now?
The current ruling is that it does move like a character with the speed symbol with regards to terrain, but not in regards to characters.

I think the standing ruling is probably what ChiRocker just said, but I also agree with theavengerthor and pupulesurfer that this will most likely go the other way. For that reason, you're probably best off asking the judge at the event. (I know it's a little late for me to say that now, but....)
Have a quick question regarding the congo bill, hercules and the whole not the map discussion. The orange constructs state
ORANGE CONSTRUCTS: Orange Construct objects are objects that can't be picked up and are removed from the game if Larfleeze is KO'd. Whenever Larfleeze is moved, after actions resolve you may move any or all Orange Construct objects an equal amount. Larfleeze considers characters adjacent to or in the same square as an Orange Construct object to be adjacent to Larfleeze for Poison and close combat purposes
How can they be picked up carried?
EDIT: Oh I see....using Sargon...doh

Reason: Didn´t see the Sargon part of the discussion

and, that's probably what the designers said too.
instead of "can't be picked up" they probably should have said "can't be carried" or maybe not even called them objects.
The Laser Turret is an object that attacks. And if Krakoa the Living Island BFC is in play, any outside hindering terrain (including objects) can also attack.
Saying "objects can't attack" is a false statement: they can, under the correct conditions.
