Apoc has sc btw, and I get a 6 for that. I don't see Spectre having used his outwit so let's say he used it there. If I'm missing that he did use it, all bets are off.
Much as I'd love to take that, Apocalypse has Fortitude, so I couldn't have Outwitted his Shape Change even if I wanted to.
So you can redo things if you want in light of Apocalypse being just fine. However, there's also more to the Spectre rules that I didn't post that I found reviewing it that may also apply:

I'd even say you could start with changing Spectre to Anti-Monitor if you like, or anyone else, as you're robbed of the multi-attack bonus. On the plus side if I read this right, Spectre can consistently move or attack, no turns to rest so he's even better than the MOE ability and no pushing damage. Grrrr.
I'll go on as if you're keeping Spectre. First off, no damage to Apocalypse.
Also Phoenix isn't koed, she's very badly hit. She's on her 7th click. Regen roll is 2. She's now on her 6th.

Sorry, I think you misunderstood. He can only be given one action, but that "one action" can be to use the Multiattack power, so the full brunt of both attacks would have gone to Phoenix for the easy KO.
Before we go on, let's clarify. I think having him move every turn, with no push damage is a little over the top, considering he can also use that Multiattack every turn. (I think that was what soured us on the original Galactus the one time we tried to use him oh so long ago.)
I'd suggest we limit him, and any other pre-carded Colossal that may have the same wording. I'd say if he can go every turn he should take push damage for any turns beyond the first. If he's going to be immune to push damage, then I say we should force him to clear if he has two tokens. I think I like the second option. It's more in line with all the other more recent Colossals.
However he is still immune to Incapacitate, per the original special powers I posted, so attacking him with Mastermind would have no effect.
I'm fine with that limitation. Let's face it, in 10 turns it's unlikely he'd be koed even with a whole bunch of self-made pushing damage.
Per your original information on Spectre, he ignores shape change. So the attack on Apoc is valid after all.
So, back to the drawing board I guess. All the prior moves plus Apoc's outwitting Spectre's outwit are still in play. Mastermind simply won't work on him, no point in drafting him at all since mc or incap just don't apply to him.
Really wanted to draft In-Betweener, Dormammu or Adam Warlock types here. But they'd be trash too quickly. How about some X-appropriate sentinels? A trio of 'em.

I'm open to this, in theory (thought I thought we were doing 7500 pointers, not 8K). Though I do worry that by the end of the final game we'll be scraping the bottom of the barrel. All the good pieces will be used up. The decision to allow inclusion of Colossals at 600 once per game should help there. And I guess there's no reason not to run multi-Sentinels like you're doing in that case.

We can figure this out. I think with all the new and obscure figures 300K is doable. BUT I will say suggest one of 3 options (or another if you have any ideas). One: 3 games 100k each; two: 2 games 100k each with a 5k finale; three: 3 games of the same amount (somewhere between 7.5-8.5 each). Let me know what you think. If #1 or 2 we need to tweak objects I think. For # 3 I'd say we go to 8500 which gives us 255 total so it's like adding 1/2 a regular game.

Shaman reaches into his bag. "I do not know what this might do for Sentinels and Spectres but humans....that is another story." The wind carries the particles into the air and suddenly a dust storm clouds his foes.
"What the hell?" Eradicator asks. Shang-Chi connects with a hit to the ribs.
"You use your eyes but you do not see," he says enigmatically.
"Human! Your time has come!" one of the Sentinels says to Red Robin as it tears him apart with a projectile blast.
"That's two down," Bishop says, "Against this Spectre that makes our odds only 1 in 1000 now."
"Aren't you Mr. glass is half empty?" Domino asks.
"Present company excluded," Bishop says, "I'm not a gambler, I'm a realist."
Let's do this. Let's play 2 10K games, and we'll start the 3rd with an eye towarsd being a 5000 pointer and give ourselves carte blanche to extend it to 10 if we feel like there are enough figures to cover it. Marvel I think will be fine. It's DC I'm a little worried about.
Red Robin and Eradicator are down. That means even with the Spectre in play I get a replacement.
First though, Spectre Multi-Attacks. First one on 08 and 09. V13 on DV17 and DV18 +2. Gets 6. All 7 go to 08 then.
Second attack on same targets. AV14 and DV18 +2. Gets 10. Let's give 2 to 09 to get him off Outwit and 5 more to 08. Helluva deep dial #08 has.
I'll bring in Ravager, taking Red Robin's slot. Blades on GXG01, AV10 on DV17. Gets 3. Uses her Feat to reroll the 1 as a 4. Still a miss.

"I've never really felt insignificant before," Ravager complained as she tried to damage one of the Sentinels while the robots battled the Spectre above her.
"Your time has run out, Shang-Chi," Hourman said.
"Perhaps it has, but I have done my part," Shang-Chi said resignedly.
"You defeated the Eradicator. I'd say that's true," Hourman conceded as the Bat-Sentry caught the master of Kung-Fu in a net and sent a stunning charge into him.
Alrightey, 2 10k games and a 3rd with a 5k idea in mind. I'll suggest we offer new objects at 6600 and for the next set of games at 3300 and 6600.
Fabian Cortez in for Shang-Chi. He's at B7. Improvise on him because he could sometimes actually use it. No matter what his sp will benefit the Sentinels. Rolls 3. Okay....
08 on Hourman and Alfred (assuming colossals can be past stealth). Rolls 10. I'd assume Hourman would reroll, you can always change this: 8. His roll for damage is 4, he's safe from that. To simplify I'll use it to ko Hourman. Do let me know if I'm wrong about stealthed figures being valid targets.

I'm glad of our 10 limit turns. I can't even scratch Spectre so far.
