It's all in your delivery of how you are saying hello.

I wasn't confused. I just didn't have a PAC handy and wasn't sure if the wording on Mind Control somehow kept it from happening. I didn't figure it did.

What about something that happens once per game? If my opponent already gave an action to do a once-per-game effect, could I then Mind Control his guy to do it again? Sure, it's already happened once, but the character is (briefly) on my force now and I should be able to use that power/ability/trait as well.

Yes you can. When you Mind control someone, they basically reset. If IM/WM has done their All out assault already, when you Mind control them you can do it.

I don't think you are able to do a once per game action with you're own character, then friendly MC them and do it again.

Think of it as once per game per controlling player. Becomes allot easier to understand.

Let's say there are two people on each team with Mind Control, and there is Iron Man/Warmachine. Iron Man/Warmachine can use All-Out Assault once per game. Then, if Iron Man/Warmachine have no Action Tokens, each and every Mind Controller on both teams can Mind Control them and use All-Out Assault once per game. That means All-Out Assault was used a total of 5 times if everybody was successful in their usages of Mind Control.

This is the same situation for getting a second (or however many Mind Controllers on a team) chance to pick up a Relic that would normally be once per game. Mole Man will make sure his Giganto picks up Mjolnir!
