Golden oldies heroclix night at Cashman's today. Kinda cool to see the younger players (2 or 3 that are 20 or under) playing old JSA figs, old Sinister and Supernova, etc. Even saw the old Batman with the split damage power...enhance and outwit both on the same value.

And the unbelievably attractive comic gal I talked about a couple weeks ago? Kassia we will call her ('cuz that is her name). She came in to learn heroclix tonight from me and evidently to distract every male in the store. Even the gay guy was distracted. She had just come from work and was dressed fine. Next time I will try to get pictures a la Norym's office babe. Think my blood pressure is still elevated.

Speaking of the split damage power Batman, what figure exactly was that? I have seen Seth talk about in a thread years ago when SPs were first coming on strong, but I can't find it on the units.

Okay, the dial of the mystery Batman belongs to the HTPBM figure in the units section, but sometime in the past 11 years some Douchey McDoucherston slipped that dial under an HT Exp. Bats. But the units section shows it as just outwit. I know I read an interview with Seth about how he would have preferred more power combos denoted like that, than the rampant SPs back when they basically did the same thing more often than not.

I'm pretty sure it was actually just supposed to be marking the starting click, not actually 2 damage powers.

That was the Promo Batman they used to give out at cons. The split power was a throw-back to Mage Knight. Instead of green lines, it was dark green on the starting damage click. With it being two colors it was whatever damage power the non-green color was. So in this case it should have been just outwit but people love the two power idea that having enhancement in this game created.

Yep, thanks all you guys, even Haven. I found comments on it. And in Seth's article, he was talking about denoting combo powers that way, like when Ninja guy has Super Senses and Close combat expert or something. He never said that the Promo Bats had those 2 powers, just that they could print dials that used that idea.

It was a sweet Batman lemme tell ya. Tonight was oldies night, where everyone had to have at least 3 old REV figures. Thanos came in 2nd, a JSA Jakim Thunder led-team won. BAts was 3rd IIRC.
